Cheating with the discounted items.

I used to be a client and was ordering a lot. But at the end of the day I realized that the site is operating very shady. If you are buying discounted articles they are sending you mistakenly wrong size, and as there is no exchange, they are offering you to send the article back and buy the same one at a non-discounted price (pricier). Customer service is just a joke, the rudest employees you can find. Accusing me of taking advantage of the shop, by ordering the articles at a promotion. If you ever consider buying there, better go directly to the brand’s site, and there you’ll find not only the better offers but much better service as well.

Terrible customer support

Complete scam and 0 customer support.
We ordered some items at a very discounted price.
They lied telling that the receiver was missing, sent the package back to the sender, and now don't want to give back the items for the discounted price we paid them for, forcing us to buy them at a higher price.
Customer support keeps saying vague stuff and being absolutely unhelpful.

Don't buy anything, it's not worth it.

Edit: the other deliveries were perfect. It would be 5 stars if they had a better customer support.

Zalando scamming people

Hello,

I would like to express my deep concerns in the experience i am having with the order 10401058760798. I have wrote 1 month ago regarding that order, and since then i have been ignored despite messages/ calls i have made to Zalando. Now after a month i am receiving a very ignorant message telling me that literally to accept the loss of the items that weren't provided to me by Zalando and for the items i have paid for. So i called Zalando 5 times and emailed more than 5 times, to receive after a month an ignorant and a very dull message that i should go to police station, how can i go to police station since i will not be allowed to go outside?, as my city is whole in quarantine. At least, please try to fix this issue, rather then telling me some random checks that were made in the warehouse, i still haven't received the items neither the money, is that Zalando trying to scam people and take their money out?. Thanks, hope that somehow this message will bring attention to my issue.

I am ordering from Zalando for years…

I am ordering from Zalando for years now, it was my favourite site, but they lost one consumer from now on. I was ordering from Netherlands and Italy. Lately every time I have ordered, I have a problem. My order from 3 weeks ago still did not came and there is no answer when I can expect it, and now two news order did not go through so I have to waste my time going to bank account and do it. Also, for one of the order I did not get the notification that the payment did not go through... Obviously they change payment methods randomly so you cannot pay as you wish (of course by PayPal which is the fastest way), which should be the point of buying through Internet! I do not know what is going on with Zalando but I will not order from them anymore... I suggest you to avoid them.

Terrible Customer Service!

I order from Zalando at least twice each month, but this time is the last. I ordered a pair of shoes which they shipped with UPS via Adidas. for some reasons they where not able to explain the delivery address UPS recieved was not complete (Zalando's fault) I called two weeks ago asking where my shoes where and they told me I have to contat UPS... Wait, I ordedred via Zalando! and second I was not notified by anyone about the missing address. According to "customer service" I had to find this out myself...A JOKE! I called again today, and they never nmotified UPS, so now the shippment is going back to the storage... I am aware of the massive problems Zalando is facing, and the poor customer service they have, but this is the last time I will use them. Ciao

Zalando has gone down in service

Zalando has gone down in service! They stopped using UPS and now use the incredibly slow SDA. A donkey could deliver my package faster than SDA ever could. It’s much faster to go shopping in an actual store than it is to get something delivered by Zalando. I’ve always used Zalando in the Netherlands and never had any problems. The “try before you buy” is false because if you return something (with SDA which is also their return service) it takes forever to get to Zalando. 14 days to “try before you buy” includes shipping times and return times so you’re at an effect of the slow Italian postal service during those 14 days. Zalando, stop using SDA and get a better shipping service or risk losing customers!

I have returned an item and I have never received my money back.
Their customer service is useless, they just keep saying to wait for the refund but after almost 2 months I have not received the money back.

Avoid at all cost if you don't want to waste your money.
I have now raised a dispute with my bank to get the money back.

Vergogna

I ordered (n. 10401030459403) and PAYED last december 13th. Although you got my money, I have not received my package. Have You and/or DHL lost my package? WHERE IS MY ORDER??????? Your customer care forward the issue to DHL and viceversa. Is it a new kind of scam?
I will leave the worst review everywhere on the web and I will dispute your charge with my bank. Shame on you.
