Excellent service

I have done business with the company several times. I have always received the ordered glasses at the agreed time!

Where is my order?

They promise 3-5 business day delivery but it’s been two weeks and I haven’t received my order, not even a shipping notification. I sent two email attempts to inquire with no response.

Update: Zaltify emailed me (and I imagine many others) the end of December with an apology explaining a technical issue-failure. In turn, my product was shipped and I received it a few days ago. I had requested a refund before my glasses shipped. Once the glasses arrived, I must indulge the product is top and I chose to keep them for a future gift. With much experience working along side sommeliers and following their recommendations, Zaltify’s product speaks for itself: top quality.

I give three stars because of the ordering and communication failure. The product is five stars.

I bought couple of times and all went smooth but this time they accepted the order and the payment but never sent the prouduct.
I wrote them 2 email and also on instagram but never replied.

Il semblerait que la performance et qualité commerciale Danoise soit devenu une chimère. la société #Zaltify nous en fait la démonstration, et pour cause: Piteuse prestation et comportement #scandaleux quant au respect du client et des engagements contractuels.
Faits et Chronologie
Le 19/02/2021, nous avons commandé à votre société #ZALTIFY, et payé des verres #Zalto pour la somme de 163,60€, somme prélevée très rapidement sur notre compte bancaire le 22/02/2021.
2 mois après cette commande, le 15/04/2021, toujours pas de livraison ! et aucune information : ni mail, ni sms de votre part. Nous avons alors posté 2 mails de réclamation directement sur votre site internet…
Sans réponse, nous avons procédé à une #alerte via les réseaux sociaux (FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter …) et là, tout à coup, un sursaut de la part de vos services. Vous avez enfin daigné accorder une réponse qui, à vrai dire, n’en est pas une : « lock down en Autriche… Livraison différée », sans autres précisions.
3 mois après notre commande, aujourd’hui, le 16/05/2021, toujours aucune nouvelle…
Nous vous demandons une dernière fois de bien vouloir nous dire quand et dans quelles conditions, vous avez l’intention d’honorer cette commande ou de nous rembourser. Bref de respecter vos obligations contractuelles et commerciales.
Devant cette situation, il nous semble nécessaire de poursuivre notre démarche en continuant d’informer vos potentiels clients de vos pratiques à travers les réseaux sociaux, influenceurs, autres média, association de consommateurs et tous autres moyens viraux à notre disposition.
Cette situation litigieuse, désastreuse en termes d’image pour la Société ZALTIFY, appelle au bon sens et une prise de conscience de vos services. Merci de votre réponse rapide, SVP.
It seems that Danish performance and commercial quality has become a pipe dream. The #Zaltify company demonstrates this to us, and for good reason: Pitiful performance and #scandalous behavior regarding respect for the customer and contractual commitments.
Facts and Chronology
On 02/19/2021, we ordered from your company #ZALTIFY, and paid for #Zalto glasses for the sum of € 163.60, an amount withdrawn very quickly from our bank account on 02/22/2021.
2 months after this order, 04/15/2021, still no delivery! and no information: no email or sms from you. We then posted 2 complaint emails directly on your website ...
Without a response, we proceeded to an # alert via social networks (FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter…) and there, suddenly, a start from your services. You finally deigned to grant an answer which, to tell the truth, is not: "Lock down in Austria ... Delayed delivery", without further details.
3 months after our order, today, 05/16/2021, still no news ...
We ask you one last time to tell us when and under what conditions you intend to honor this order or reimburse us. In short, to respect your contractual and commercial obligations.
Faced with this situation, it seems necessary to us to continue our approach by continuing to inform your potential customers of your practices through social networks, influencers, other media, consumer associations and all other viral means at our disposal.
This contentious situation, disastrous in terms of image for the ZALTIFY Company, calls for common sense and awareness of your services. Thank you for your quick response, please!

Due to the current corona pandemic and the lockdowns in Austria, the manufacturing of the Zalto glasses has been extremely complicated, since only very few handworkers could handmade and mouth-blown the Zalto glasses.

We always strive to answer customer emails within 24 hours, and we replied to your email back in April within one hour, where we offered to either cancel the order and reimburse you immediately - or that you could keep your order in the waiting list. We did not get any answer back from you until one month later.

We want to give all of our customers the best service, why we give the opportunity to pre-order via Zaltify.com, so orders will appear on our waiting list - this information is always visible and clear both on our webshop and order confirmation, which explains that the delivery time is unknown for the moment.

We really want to help you, so we hope that you this time will reply to the email we have sent to you.

We wish you all the best from Zaltify and stay safe in these difficult times.

Not so quick delivery!

Nice homepage and good packaging but whole experience gave me more irritation than satisfaction. The glasses are truly amazing though.

Not to recommend if you want the glasses on time.

Normally, the delivery time is always 2-3 working days to Sweden. We received your order Tuesday evening, so we shipped the Zalto glasses as soon as possible the next day Wednesday. So the glasses should have been delivered either Friday or Monday, but unfortunately Post Nord had a delay in the delivery, so the package first was delivered Tuesday. We apologize for this experience.
