Been suffering from neck and shoulder…

Been suffering from neck and shoulder pain, which would rádiate to my arms. I bought this item in hopes that it would relieve some of the pain, and it works!! I’m not really able to lie down on the floor, but I use it on my recliner. You have to get used to it and find the right spot. Once you find the right spot on your neck, you’ll know it because you will start to feel relief. I was skeptical at first, but I will definitely recommend this product!!
