Zameen.com Reviews

They are scammers, I created an ad listing, Amir named person contacted me and continuously was asking to transfer money in their account in order to post ad, I sent them money for ad listing, then they disappeared, not picking up my phone. Zameen.com whole group is fraudsters. Dont trust them, don't send them any money.

Nothing appears original. Pictures given of lavish properties only to later find pictures fake and offered other properties at ridiculously high prices.

Post add kerne se pehly they didn’t informed you to you need to buy 5 qouts for posting once you buy first qout to post your property than they ask to but another 5 qoutes to complete your advertising so each qoutes is cost 3000 so if you wanna post for shop or something else so uou need to spend 15000 so guyz before start your posting think twice otherwise you gonna fakedup by zameen.com

I have invested in thier project royal swiss in Madison Square mall... And the time of v first visit on 28 july 2024 i told them that we are selling our land in village but due to some court cases it would be possible that our payment got delayed so i came here to get some knowledge about your project... Thier boss saqib and nadeem and asma kanwal agent convinced me to pay token amount and some installments to hold unit in royal swiss because from 1 sep rates are increasing and if your were not able to sale your land in your village and pay further amount we will refund your amount in a week without any deduction. Again and again i asked that are you sure if we wouldn't able to arrange further amount then you will refund our amount... They convinced me at thier best. And i paid 1 million in different installments and paid them 10% of total amount but after a month our land cases got some more complications and i requested them to refund because its not possible to arrange further amount because our land is not being sold. But since 2.5 months they are humiliating us and not even receiving our calls and i have visited them 5 times in last month but they pretend all time that sir our developer is not signing our boss is on leave and some other silly lame excuses.. they are v unprofessional staff but don't know thier upper management is fruad or not but thier front face is v worst in irritating... We are v disappointed and worried about our payments.

I rarely share my reviews on different sites. But unfortunately when I saw poor rating on this site, I learn the reviews and comments carefully. Then comes to know most of the comments are relevant to Zameen.com Application so let me guide you that listings on Zameen app not belongs to Zameen.com bcz this app just engage sellers and buyers.
And if we talk about Zameen, so read some negative comment in which one person also mention his number+974 etc. so I comes to know he's himself a dealer and developer, so don't focus on these negativity. Verify from your own. +923094883139 contact me if you wanna know anything

not worth to consider its waste of time every add is old and not updated or remove which makes so irritating.

Fake articles, Fake information

I booked for photography but the photography team informed us that this erea is not under them and then for two weeks i tried to contact them. I also aked to return money if you not able to provide services. But they keep informing that as per policy money cant be return. Which is very disappointing. I think they app and platform is very smooth but zameen should take care of customer.

fake pictures and fake adds!

zameen.com is focused to earn by doing scams. Hundreds of people are suffering either due to no disclosure of scam policy of 15% deduction in the beginning. They even started to put fake digital signatures to trap you in contract. Scammers must be exposed and banned.

Zameen com is well designed and very useful... The issue is with real estate agents, they are a well connected mafia publishing under priced properties. If U want to sell, the agents will all give U a lower price because they have sub agents ready to buy at 10 to 15 lacs less and then they sell to real clients... As a seller you lose 15 lacs on a 100 lacs property ... Remember once U advertise these agents discuss in their WhatsApp group and U get the same low value from each of the agents... If U buy it's 100 lacs, if U sell its 80 to 85 lacs.

was my first experience to invest in real state and through Zameen.com its exceptional

Fake and deceptive marketing. They get your number through illegal channels and harass you.

Still waiting for my token refund which was promised to me at the time of placing a deposit on a property project in Pakistan. I paid for the token at a zameen convention, on the basis I could get it refunded if I decided not to go ahead.
For the last year I have been chasing for my deposit, many initial replies but then it goes quiet. Recurring pattern. Last emailed them again a week ago, no reply.
Looks like I lost my token, but perhaps i saved myself much higher losses by not proceeding further ont the project with zameen.com
I cannot really give more than one star based on my own personal experiences with them. Maybe other people got more lucky.

Untrustable company, Almost all the Real estate Marketing Companies are misleading the clients by providing them dis informations and the projects delays years and years. Waste of investment and depreciation of the investment

Won't recoment to buy any property through any Marketing Company

Scam:

In simple words, never ever invest through Zameen.com

Why?

Zameen.com ek marketing agency hay jiska kaam hay sale karna, chahay wo kuch bhi ho. Zameen kay pass hazaro employees hay jinko sale krny pay comission miltha hay, wo jhot bolyngay, apko roz call karyngay, kuch bhi kryngay bas ap say paisay niklawayngay. 10 rupay ke cheez 100 may sale kryngay and phir koi after sale service ni hay inke.

Khuda ra save your hard earned money and door rahien in say.

Such a poor app, hanging always. Not showing correct location.

I have also tried reaching out to Zeeshan and Imran on Linkedin but they never responded, none of the lines and emails work and I will have to come to pakistan lahore and sue these people send them court notices so i can get my refund, there is no other way arouund it HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE, all my hard earned money they took and not returning, fraud and liars
