Zamel's Parramatta - CORRUPT UNETHICAL & WORST Jewellery Store in Australia

The manager Fadi of the Zamel's store at Westfield Parramatta and another employee by the name of Katie were unprofessional, unethical, corrupt and engaged in serious misconduct, harassment, intimidation and unacceptable behaviour towards me with unfair treatment and unfair business practices. The woman named Katie was leering at me non-stop staring with hostile rude behaviour and attitude, harassing me, shouting and carrying on with rude unprofessional behaviour at the Zamel's Westfield Parramatta store. The man named Fadi told deliberate lies about my paid jewellery order that was still not delivered to me. Fadi and Katie were withholding my jewellery items purposely and maliciously not providing me my paid ordered jewellery items. The customer service is completely unacceptable by Fadi and Katie. These employees should face disciplinary action with immediate dismissal. The behaviour of Fadi and Katie at the Zamel's Westfield Parramatta store was disgraceful, serious harassment, unethical corrupt conduct, where they have told deliberate lies, misrepresentation of jewellery pricing, have stolen my money, and have failed to provide me with my jewellery item that I purchased several months ago and have been waiting to receive but have not received. Zamel's Parramatta, Fadi, Katie and those involved have been reported to security, to NSW Fair Trading and further regulatory action is being taken against these corrupt workers and corrupt business. PEOPLE BEWARE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT ZAMEL'S PARRAMATTA

Online order never sent to me

I made an online order that they never sent to me. After contacting them multiple times with no response, I eventually had to make a claim through PayPal to get my money back.

Red flags are flying high after…

Red flags are flying high after ordering a watch for Christmas on Dec 9 with zero information after the order. Emailed them on Dec 19 and so they created the shipping label but the watch still hasn’t been dispatched. Now it’s December 23rd. What a joke

Disgusting service

Wow. I wish I had looked here before purchasing from this company. I ordered a watch online and not once was it specified on the cite to be a females watch (I was buying for a man) my mistake also but what’s shocking is the fact that I tried to make contact with this company for 2 weeks on various platforms and emails before finally beginning the trek to a physical store to resolve my issue. The staff were rude and unhelpful and told me to send a third email. Am I to believe that by sending my watch to the PO address that I’ll get my money back? When it takes over 3 weeks to finally receive a response, no thanks I’ll keep my products. Useless company and staff.
Not to mention that a pair of earrings I ordered were also just loose in the packaging upon delivery. Disgusting. Never again.

Rude shop assistant

Just some feedback about my visit to Perth CBD store.

The older blonde lady really needs some feedback about her behaviour - I expect she hates her job and is resentful of this fact. We walked in and asked about ring resizing and she said yes we do that and turned her back. We waited for her to acknowledge that we were customers and she has a job to do - she then said she hurt her eye looking at my ring which was fake, very interesting that as it clearly wasn’t fake.

I then asked for a quote for resizing, she said it will be a quote from just a sales assistant and her quote was pointless and to come speak to the jeweller - I asked if a jeweller was available today and she actively laughed in my face and said ‘Hahha of course there isn’t, it’s a Sunday’ and found this fact hilarious. I cannot believe her rudeness to laugh in a customer face - given the fact that I came from a shop 3 doors down who I actually physically spoke to the jewellery about my ring.

Then on walking out she couldn’t wait to moan to her colleague.

Later on I saw her smoking outside the front door of your shop - not great!!! Just an fyi.

I would give a zero here if I could

I would give a zero here if I could. Purchased a $1450 necklace from Zamels in Castle Towers. The gold plating - told it was 9 carat- was flaking off and cracked. Was told head office would complete the refund the following day so I returned the item. A week later I’m still waiting and getting the run around. Avoid purchasing from this dodgy company. Have submitted a complaint to the ACC and Fair trading. If I had seen the other reviews I would never have entered the store.

Zamels Rockingham stay away

Zamels Rockingham
My daughter who has ASD bought a watch here for her nephew for Christmas. When she has got home, I explained that his mum already has him a smart watch and I had already sorted a present for him, from her.
I rang the shop on her behalf straight away to explain that she has ASD and had not needed to buy the watch to start with and the $50 for her she had paid was a massive amount she didn't understand out of her disability pension. I spoke with Tara and explained all this requesting her to be able to return the watch for a refund.
All she could regurgitate was that it wasn't store policy to refund. I pushed that surely every instance is assessed differently as having worked in retail know policy and that most stores will take a case by case but she all she could regurgitate was store policy and this was their store policy. I asked if she was the manager which she replied no and I asked to speak to the manager had no result but a thank you for calling today and the call ending.
My recommendation would be to stay clear of Zamels Rockingham the staff the store and the company who are obviously quite happy to take money from someone with disability with no support or compassion if they have made a mistake not understanding these store policies written in small print and not verbally explained.
