Great customer service

I was delighted with the customer service I received. The shoes were faulty- due to a manufacturing issue- but Zami.es were extremely helpful. They liaised with the manufacturer and arranged a replacement extremely quickly to avoid any inconvenience to myself!

There were major problems with the…

There were major problems with the complaint and return of the ordered products. The size information provided by Zami was incorrect. They also made false statements. Nevertheless, I still had to pay the shipping costs for the return and shipment myself. The refund via PayPal only came after a request. I was also asked to declare the return shipment as a gift with a low total amount. Don't they at Zami know that we have a large customs union within the European Union? Moreover, why are I being asked to provide false statements? Overall, a very bad experience. Never again!

The review has now been re-entered because zami.es doesn't want to accept it, and Trustpilot contacted me about it. It would also be nice to receive a response to my review. Since I haven't received one, I will continue to update my review whenever I'm tempted to delete it.

Absolutely complicated return policy and not the right sizes. Would not recommend ordering.

They're actual criminals

Awful service. They take a very long time anwering and they lie. They're crooks. I had to pay for my own return even though they sent me broken shoes. They told me, they would reimburse me the money, but they never did. And after lying to me about it, they ghosted me.

False advertisement.

Falsely advertise shipping costs and timing. Ordered as their website promised delivery in 3 days, only to receive and email saying delivery would take at least 15 days. I responded immediately asking to cancel the order, as I had only ordered from them because I needed the shoes quickly. 6 hours later they responded to say it was too late, and had already been shipped before my email, even though the tracking info says otherwise. They also refused to refund the difference between the shipping costs quoted on their website and what they actually charge.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.

I bought two pairs of shoes for a value of about 300€.
After two months the sole of one shoe has come loose. The conversation with Sami customer support continues since more than 4 weeks already. It's ridiculous. I am so angry. But that's just my experience - no solution was offered that has something to do with reality ... I have to say - I am not living close by to the store ... so what? They say I HAVE to come by with the shoe - not an option! I am living in Germany.

Satisfied customer

After a lot of searching, I found a pair of Vivo barefoot shoes here that were sold out everywhere else. Happy with the website and my purchase, no issues or complaints. I'd buy from them again!

I was scammd by this Zomi.sept 2021 I ordered Achilles barefoot. Contacted via email to company no responses. Finally in march 2022 an email apologizing with plan to look into matter and infact informing me item was still in transit. Today April7 recieved emailed from costomer service,informing me us post deliver item to me. Providing no proof or documentation.Refusing to provide item or refund of 72.99 show me the documentation of a delivery.I warn others not to order from this company. Stat item was delivered with no documentation to support a real delivery.
