SCAM! Took £100, happily.. they then messaged to say their manager had now said that they can no longer sell packs of 100 and I’d need to purchase another pack, bear in mind on the website this would have been around an additional £60 for the 2, they wanted another £100 to include another lot of delivery etc, when I queried this they said it was because they’d already packaged my order and it was classed as another order. I asked for a refund to which they said would take 3-5 working days.. 2 weeks later - nothing. All messages ignored, right before Christmas. They evidently prey on those in need. I’ll add the persons details from the bank transfer. PLEASE AVOID!!!

Also note - they’ll write your name down and order number etc and take videos with their stock, do not fall for it! They evidently work in a pharmacy, I work in a pharmacy, it’s not hard to write a name down and take a photo / video alongside a load of stock.

Please please please don’t send them any money. The whole week site is a scam . Don’t even go near them . Spread the word and bring them greedy c#%ts to their knees

Absolute SCAM!! Never sent the items ordered and never refunded me! I now shop at anxiety solutions and honestly they are AMAZING! Every order has been received the next day and products are genuine. Please do not get scammed by these people!! Use a different site!!

This company stole my money.they accepted an order debited my account but have never sent the product that was ordered plus will not communicate with me

Please don't use this company. It's a scam. They've just had £100 off me. I've not had a single reply from them. Stay clear

After 20 emails and 3 complaints, I have still not had one reply or received my order from December 2024. Please do not waste your money as this company is a fraud and it's a total scam

Wish I had read review before I ordered. Actually thought it was a site I'd used before. Ordered the other day and asked for next day delivery. Nothing! No replies to emails or in contact us box. There's no phone number either. Absolute scam!!

I ordered from this company (zapain UK.com) in December and I am still waiting for my order. I have emailed countless time and they never get back to me. Avoid like the plague!!
