Totally agree with the other comments. Delivery was not in the 6-10 days they quoted and when I asked for a refund they insisted the delivery was earlier and I no longer qualified for a refund. It's just a scam really.
Also dresses are cheaply made - you would be better with a cheap fancy dress costume off amazon.

I've lost count of the number of compliments I've received while wearing their dresses. Strangers stop me to ask where I got my stunning outfit, and I proudly recommend this company.

Their delivery is incredibly slow and they do not follow their refund policy at all and make it impossible to send your item back, lost £118 because of them. Horrible owners, they reply incredibly late and do not accommodate to the customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a PROM dress for my daughter, it was a very expensive dress but they sent the wrong size.
When I returned it to the return address written on the posatge in front, they said it was the wrong address, they will not refund or send the dress back.
They operate from somewhere in China and have absolutely useless customer service. Worst online experience I have had.

This company needs to be reported and publicise to the public that they are fraudsters and scammers so someone else wouldn't fall victim to this company. I bought a dress from them and l have tried to get in touch with them by all means for a return or exchange but no response from them at all. And they have 7 days return policy which company would have that kind of return policy in this era. I am publishing them around all the social media networks platforms that people should beware of ZAPAKA UK. They are scammers and not based in the UK.

Don't buy from this company. My husband bought me a dress loved it. Wore it twice and hand washed it per instructions. The material has gone into a hole and because I've worn and washed it they won't do anything saying that I must have washed it incorrectly. Very poor customer service and poor quality. Avoid

Simply do not buy anything from this company. UK website, but everything is shipped and must be returned to China.

Failed to deliver on time
Failed to cancel the order.
Agreed a refund, which they did not pay.
Then shipped the dress, weeks late and after the prom, now offering minimum refund. I feel like I have been scammed.

As, with others, I assumed UK in the name meant they were, well, a UK company.
The clothes I ordered arrived-all soaking wet. I assume they froze on the flight because the individual bags weren't properly sealed and have then thawed, as there is no issue with the external packaging.
They have agreed to refund, but are saying I need to pay the postage which clearly I am not doing for unwearable clothes.

Luckily I paid via PayPal so will raise a dispute if they maintain this stance

Do not order from this company as it's not reliable.

Firstly they don't mention that the return is to China, I have paid £27 for a return.

They don't reply to your emails. I have sent 3 emails and no reply from the customer service team, more than a week passed.

You can't return the item unless you get the details from the customer service team. A very convenient arrangement for them.

Luckily I got hold of one of the team members using the online chat and managed to get the return address details.

Never again.

I was hesitant to order from the company due to poor reviews on here. But I had an excellent experience.

The two dresses I bought were stunning and high quality. I also cancelled one order within 24 hours and was refunded promptly and politely.

Delivery did take longer than if they were UK based. So I would advise ordering in good time. I did not need to make returns.

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered a suit for a prom. Suit was not dispatched on time and therefore wasnt needed. Got in touch and was told could have refund, but they kept on going back and forth to point of dispatch despite asking them to refund. Product still not arrived and I am now forced to wait for it and been asked several times to wait and 'maybe Inwill.changey mind and will keep product'. I cannot tell you hos many times I have told them this is not going to happen as occassion passed and dont need, only to get same generic email stating the same as prior email. Once they even said they hope I keep the dress when in fact I ordered suit. If I could give no stars I would

My daughter was buying a prom dress, so of course you want to buy, try, and return if it isn't right. Most clothing companies make this easy. This website presents as if it's UK (.co.uk domain), and on its return policy it says returns are at your expense, but nothing about this being to China. Had to pay £18 to return the dress, finding the cheapest courier myself (every other company I've ever bought clothes from online had a service where you print a label for their chosen courier, even if you have to pay). Then it took about 8 emails to finally get a refund, with them repeatedly asking for the tracking number, which I gave them every time (with a link showing it had been delivered). The refund was £6 short but by then I was just happy to have the money! But gave 2 stars as I did get the money back in the end.
