AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
I ordered 2 dresses on 5th Dec and paid for the expedite delivery of 8 business days. I emailed them for an update when the shipment did not arrive. Apparently the business days start counting from when they ship the order; mine was done on 13th Dec and is still not here, and of no use now as the occassion has passed. My mistake, l failed to read the Reviews before ordering. Save yourself a heartache and shop somewhere else.

I WOULD RECOMEND YOU NEVER ORDER FROM THIS 'COMPANY'. Only given 1 star as cannot give zero. Total con! Didn't receive my order so requested a refund. Zapaka UK refunded less than half what I paid, keeping over £50.

Interesting experience!

It's unfortunate there are bad reviews because my product was actually really good!
First of all its based in China which I didn't realise until my three piece suit came all folded up in a small package, second of all, the large jacket was a bit too small and the large trousers were so long my mum had to adjust them by four inches!
I think it's one of them Chinese based company's that are hit and miss!
I actually love my suit but I wouldn't buy from them again.

I was scared to order from this company…

I was scared to order from this company because of some of the reviews saying it was a scam. However I am sooo pleased to say I received my dress after 10 days of purchase & it is STUNNING, a perfect fit & lovely quality material. I have a photo to submit to show the genuine product. Do not use this company

I ordered 2 dresses from here and paid extra for expedited shipping. I contacted them by email to cancel the order as it would not arrive on time and would be outside the promised 8 business days. They replied and said if I cancelled I wouldn’t get anything refunded except shipping and then they sent the items anyway.
The parcel arrived almost a week after it should have and they expect me to pay for it to be returned to China.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
They are dishonest and just looking for a way to take as much money from people as possible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I brought a dress from then which was too big. I went through the refund process and they offered me a 20% refund if I kept the dress. I declined and followed the process and sent the photos of the dress and photos of the delivery receipt. They say it will take around 10 - 15 working days. It has been now 17 working days and I have emailed them twice now to give them the chance to email and refund me but they haven't. I have reported them to Trading Standards. Awful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Not UK based despite using .co.uk.
Dress too small. Sent it back...to China!
They offered 40% refund as return stuck in China customs and then allegedly destroyed. Had to threaten legal action to finally get a refund. No sign of a refund for the extortionate return to China.

Zapaka dress

I was very uncertain about using Zapaka after reading the reviews. I purchased a dress in size 10 (after checking thier sizes on the chart). No other communication from the company apart from the initial confirmation. The dress arrived 8 days later & is lovely. Bought for my daughters prom as I couldn't afford a £600 dress.

All in all it looks lovely & arrived very fast. Thank you Zapaka

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional, my first and last experience with them. I ordered in the evening and asked them to cancel the order in the morning after reading some reviews that order doesn't arrive in time. They avoid responding, send me an email that I will get an official email when the order is officially cancelled, emailed that haven't ever came and after another 5 email sent they decided to answer just to tell me that they will send me the order, ill get it in 15 days, after I can refund, while the order wasn't even processed or sent. Very frustrating and they make the beautiful experience of shopping online shocking. Deeply disappointed.

This is a Chinese website and ALL returns are via Tracked international mail at your cost ( in my case £65 for 1 dress and that was after ignored emails and what apps I actually got them by posting on their Facebook site . The sizes are at least 1 size too small and some items have a strong unpleasant smell .

UK Buyers beware!

I ordered a dress and received it on time, the dress is lovely but not for me. The fit was all wrong and the sizing was too small. I am a UK size 12 and ordered a 12 but the dress is more a size 10. Since then I have been trying to return the dress as the website says' easy returns', I followed the process of emailing them with pictures as requested and this was 4 weeks ago. I was told someone from the appropriate department will be in touch with me in 24 to 48 hours but no one has contacted me despite me emailing nearly everyday in the last 4 weeks. There is no UK number to call, the number on the website is a US number and no one answers the phone, the number is supposed to be a Whatsapp number but it isn't on Whatsapp. So, there is no way to contact anyone but via email. So one is stuck if one wants to return an item. I had good customer service before I made a purchase and they answered my mails, but after the purchase and when requesting a return and a refund there is no response. So buyers in the UK beware, this is not a UK based company. The products are nice but if you want to return an item for a refund this is practically impossible! I wasted £150-00 and am stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and I cannot return.
I wish I had checked the reviews on trustpilot before ordering from this company.
This company is not based in the UK, and their url is deceptive, and they are thieves!

I ordered a dress for a wedding which the site shows beautiful stunning dresses when it arrived it came in a bag all crumpled up and no label attached to it in fact it looked like it had been worn, not a good start I thought!!! When I tried the dress on which fitted me perfectly it had at least 3 flaws the dress had not been made to high standard and I possibly couldn't wear it let alone to a wedding!! So after a very very frustrating time emailing them to ask about a return and getting a label, on numerous times and getting no reply, I finally get a response from them to say they want photos of the flaws, which I then sent immediately after, to which they then replied they would offer me a 20% discount which I turned down as I cannot wear the dress!! I just want to return the dress that was over 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing they have disappeared off the face of the planet!!! So I am stuck with a faulty made dress, they have taken £65 and totally ignored my numerous emails I have sent!! Seems to me if your one of the lucky ones that keep your items your ok but if you have to return anything it's nothing but hassle and if you do return it's at a cost!! I have never dealt with a company like this before and it's made me more aware now, shame as their site have some stunning dresses on them but the way they have treated myself I will never use them again. On the star rating I had to key in a star rating unfortunately it doesn't allow a 0 star rating to proceed with your review otherwise my rating would of shown no star

Misleading and deceptive customer service

I ordered some items 2 weeks before a vintage event. The website (co.uk) suggested it is an English company with stock shipped from UK, but in fact it appears to be from China. I soon realised the items won’t arrive on time. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t cancel the order but would offer me 10% extra refund (once I returned the items) for the inconvenience. Fair enough I thought. Once the items eventually arrived, I contacted them again to arrange the return (the return instructions are very strict and unnecessarily complicated). They then offered me 50%, and later, a 60% refund if I did not return the items. Because of the hassle of sending the returns I accepted this offer. But it was misleading and disingenuous. I only ever received 10% refund and now have items I can’t return. Customer service then referred me to their returns policy which did not stack up with what they offered. And they made excuses not to pay out. I urge you to review this policy before buying anything. ZAPAKA were not clear, deceive you and lie to you. Avoid.
