I have my sites hosted with zapakhost for more than 8 years now. I never had any issues with the site and the server performance. It was like buy and forget kind of thing. Sometime back, 2 of my wordpress sites got hacked. I didn't have any backup and didn't think that Zapakhost would be able to help as I was on the basic (cheapest) plan and didn't have any security addon. Still, I wrote to the support, and to my surprise they restored my site.. And it doesn't stop here, they also helped me to secure my site. Surprisingly, they keep backups of every site and server, no matter on which plan you are!!

Kudos to team Zapakhost, you saved my day!
