Unit worked for 30 days; did okay inside with gnats and mosquitos then died. No charge, no nothing.
Do NOT buy these units. When I contacted them they refused to replace it.
BTW: they offer a "30 day" refund only. Ha!

This product is a total scam. Cheaply made and doesn't do anything to rid an area from bugs. Don't waste your money. Unfortunately, I did.

The only thing the Zappify Pro 3 zaps is, your wallet! They rip people off. I had the product for 3 weeks, and not a single mosquito was zapped. First, they did not make it clear what the shipping costs would be during my purchase. I thought it was free since I was purchasing 3 @$29.99/each. So after I clicked to purchase, my total was $121.83! I see the breakdown on my receipt was shipping $26.85 and Convenience Levy $4.99. Outrageous!! I was told that I would receive a credit for 1 shipping cost, and I never appeared on my credit card. Despite my several emails reminding them I was told yes, they would refund one, I received an email and was told that will never happen. Then to find out they don't work. I emailed and requested a full refund and I was offered 30% back. After declining, I was offered 40%. I finally got their version of a full refund $89. So they kept $33! Ugh! Do not make the same mistake. This product does not work! I bought 1 for the patio and 2 for indoors. Not a one ever had a bug it them.

The product doesn't catch anything, I called them they said they would re fund my money they lied. I call them back you cant talk to anyone except the secretary and he wont let anyone talk to them but he's not able to help you.

This is the most fraudulent company( if you want to call it a company) I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get a refund since July 23. I wanted a number and they wouldn’t give it to me. If you write them you never get a reply or they tell you the correct way to use the item. It doesn’t take much to understand how to use it. I think we should file a claim with this company and sue them. I realize it not a lot of money but it’s the principal. No one should have to go through this when it says 30 day refund. And they try to give you 30% to 40% refund. The product is horrible and does NOT work!!! A class action law suit will stop them. I’m sorry everyone is going through this headache.

This product is a Scam! It didn't catch 1 mosquito in 3 days. I kill more mosquito with my hands

This is garbage. It shows it killed 4 bugs in an hour. We live next to a creek so you can imagine how many bugs we have flying around. Don’t buy it. If you do and want to return it, it’s impossible.

This “company” is not worth being called a company. No phone? No returns? I ordered one Zapper. Paid for it. Then my bank called me and said they think someone is scamming me. Come to find out this “company” tried to add on another one to my order! I was so disgusted but so grateful for my bank keeping an eye on our account! Avoid these people like the plaque! I received it but the Zapper doesn’t work!
So I’m out over $50!

It doesn't work on flies or bugs! Used it for 5 nights, got 1 bug and flies just landed on it but mostly me! Got bit by mosquitos too! Had to pay for shipping BOTH ways! To return a product that doesn't do what it said it should. NOT HAPPY, NOT A FULL REFUND WHEN YOU HAVE TO RETURN JUNK PRODUCT!

i bought a Zappify that would not charge. wish I had read reviews as they treat you horribly after the sale. i get a response from their help email that did not address my problem. DO NOT GET TRICKED into buying this because of their instagram ads.

Now that i posted the review i got a response saying if i took a picture of the damage they would exchange it. i responded with, "it wont charge, how do i take a picture of that?" their response was without a picture they can not help me but thanks for my understanding. what a waste!

This Bug Zapper company ripped me off for over $250.00 by adding things to my order that I never asked for. Things like Warranties and Stickers and the freight was atrocious.
When I complained within a half an hour after I ordered something they said it was already shipped on a holiday weekend, the liars. They said all orders are non refundable. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company and won but went through pure hell with these lying people. I did refuse the package when it arrived and that saved me! I got my money back. Never, Never do business with these crooks!

One was defective. The other didn't catch anything. Contacted Zappify to return within 30 days. They ignored me. Blocked payment on credit card. Zappify then said they would refund my money but i had to unblock credit card. I did and now they say they can't refund money. Credit card company say i can't reopen dispute. DON'T WASTE MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT

Completely defective device!! Will not charge or power on. This is such a huge problem for them that they send a trouble shooting list they expect you to do before they'll even consider giving you a refund. Additionally, DO NOT buy this product before mosquito season begins... They will not issue you a refund after 30 days from purchase regardless of whether the device is defective or not. Horrible product.

I bought a Zappify 2.0 awhile back. Charged it turned it on and waited all evening , it killed about 8 or 10 bugs . Tried it again another night with same results. There were plenty mosquitoes around . Looking at it the center piece looks to be bright light on the top 1/3 and the rest is not lite at all .Not sure that`s the problem or not, but I am not happy with it at all.

My Zaplify lasted 5 weeks. It would not charge or run after that. Contacted customer service and they sent canned trouble shooting ideas. Mentioned battery replacement. The battery is soldered in and cannot be replaced. I spent $50. and have nothing to show for it. Very dissapointed. Don't waste your money.

Effective at killing moths. Didn't kill a single mosquito (and there is no shortage here). Pretty disappointing.

This site wouldn't let me give this company zero stars, so I had to give it 1. First when ordering from their site, they offered a discount where I would have paid $39 for one zapper, but when I clicked on it, it wouldn't show up for that price. So after multiple tries, I ended up spending $48. I figured if it worked, it would be worth it.

So one evening early this spring when the first mosquitoes were out and about, I decided to lay out by the pool at dusk with this device sitting on my chest with it's blue light right in front of me. Mosquitoes proceeded to bite my ankle area and one bit me on my forehead. I took the device inside with me and found zero mosquitoes in it.

The next night, I set it out fully charged out on my deck and left it on all night long. In the morning the battery charge was dead as expected and there was not one mosquito in the device. There were a couple of other wounded insects but not one fricking mosquito.
It's a piece of low tech junk!

Horrible product and customer service. I made the mistake of purchasing this “zapper”. It does not work and, just before my 30 days (which they now say I have surpassed), it died completely and will not charge.

Please don’t waste your money or time. They will not assist you if there is a problem and they have a condescending tone via email.

I wish I could leave 0 stars.

First, the machine did not work. When I reached out to the company, they gave me instructions on how to set it up. Which I already knew and did it correctly and it still DID NOT WORK.

Second, I requested a refund and the return policy. They so "graciously" offered me a 15% refund so that I could "avoid the nuisance" of mailing back their faulty product.

Third, I said no to the 15% refund and then received an email saying they would go up to 40%. Since I did not reply IMMEDIATELY (I was sick for ONE day) they closed my ticket.

I have been unable to reach out since they DO NOT provide a phone number.

UPDATE: On July 11th I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB contacted them and on the 12th I received the return information. I will be getting a full return. I suggest everyone do this so that this company does not get away with their shady practices.

The Zappify is not worth the money. It didn't perform as advertised. Customer service phone number is not working. Email responses are not helpful. Can't get them to give me the address to send them back and get a refund.
