I called Zappi customer service to get advice on navigating to the voltage readings as I had an over voltage error message. As soon as I mentioned over voltage I was cut off. When I called back I got the same agent and was cut off again.
Lessons for Zappi: 1) write user friendly menu systems and include an error log in the menu; 2) treat the customers who support you by buying your products at least with some respect if not gratitude.

This is a crap survey site! i just completed a survey, wasted 20 minutes of my time, only to be told I had already completed it (WHAT????) so I didn't get credit!

Excellent Customer Service
I had an issue with my Zappi charger tripping due to overvoltage from my nearest sub-station. I got prompt and helpful responses to my emails to Customer Services that helped me to identify the cause and get UK Power Networks involved to resolve the issue.
