Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, I have received no product after 10 days, no response to customer service messages, can't cancel the subscription as you can't sign in on their website. Just message customer service with ni response. Im starting to think im being scammed.

Just a marketing scam

This seems to be a huge marketing strategy but the product is a scam from my experience. Been on it for three months and absolutely no difference whatsoever. All the claims of benefits are false and an absolute nonsense

Do not believe the hype, crochet must be paid a fortune

I believed the hype, Carl froche and other fighters. Gave it a good go of 5 months. I can honestly say it DOES NOT WORK. I felt no effects what so ever. To rub salt in the wound, the say money back guarantee, dont believe this either as the email I received asking for full packets i wanted to return. NO , NO BENEFIT AND MONEY BACK.
The next email is, oh misunderstood, we will sort it . But as per their form they lied again. Have not received a penny. Do not believe this company.

After 3 months, I have noticed no effect

I took these for the whole 3 months. I felt absolutely no change to energy, tiredness or sharpness. In my case, these did nothing.

I'm adding to this review and changed my score. After the above review and below reply, I contacted zapply who refunded my order without any issue. The product may not have worked for me but I have a full refund back in my account.

They take your money and you don't get your product.

Really disappointed with Zapply to be honest. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago as a brand new customer and still haven’t received anything.

What’s frustrated me the most is the complete lack of communication. I’ve sent loads of messages across social media and the contact form on the website just trying to get an update and I’ve been totally ignored every time.

As a new customer, you’d expect at least some sort of response or reassurance, but I’ve had nothing at all. Not a great first experience unfortunately. I wont be purchasing again

Scammers

Scammers, I can’t cancel subscription,no replies to my emails,when I blocked future payments they took payment using a different name. DO NOT TRUST

EDIT: it doesn’t allow my to reply to your response on here, funny how you reply on a review site when you ignore all my emails, I’ve emailed you several times and left my phone number,you have my details,maybe you’ll reply now I’ve managed to block future payments with the fraud department

I think the supplement zapply is excellent

I think the supplement zapply is absolutely amazing, I've had just a couple of very minor, not even worth talking about issues, like I had some tablets missing and then I didn't like the idea of being tied into the subscription so I emailed them. The point is is doesnt matter what issue there was the customer service is excellent, there can be problems with anything, I will continue buying the product, I'm a big weightlifter, I feel like a machine in the gym, I do my weights and I lift heavy, I curl 50kg dumbbells and bench 150kg 4 x 8 and do everything else and then do HIT training and point is this stuff works, I've always been very strong, i have a Mediterranean diet being Italian so food and this supplement makes you feel like your on fire, makes you have more energy, absolutely excellent and strongly recommend, I'm 37 now and after taking voi test by foxy off SAS who stays wins 🏆💪 , it made me take this coz testosterone drops, ur hair drops out, sometimes you stop seeing properly and nothing stands up, this is amazing, get it! Get in gym 🏋🚴💪, start pumping the iron!

I'm so glad that I took a chance on T1

I have been taking T1 for nearly 3 months and can notice a real difference already. I only came across Zapply through a desperate search, looking for reasons why my my energy and mood were so low, and why I was struggling to cope with the chronic pain that I have been dealing with for the past 25 years. Oh and there's also the reducing muscle mass.

In the first month I gained more motivation to do things in the evenings, rather than just collapsing after work. In months 2 and 3, I'm back exercising and building muscle mass, as well as reducing my waist line. I can feel that my body is getting more resilient and able to cope with the usual pressures and constant pain.

Customer service have also been fantastic, I ordered a second batch to make sure that I didn't run out but one of the packets was open in the box, when I got it. I understand that this may have been a customs check but Zapply didn't hesitate to get a replacement sorted.

I placed an order with Zapply for some supplements and there was some confusion with the order. I'm from the UK, but I currently live in Hong Kong – so I had some concerns about shipping/delivery. I reached out to the team as I had not had a confirmation email to track the order, the overall experience with the sales team was really positive. They immediately made sure my order would be shipped and I received the items after around 10 days. In the meantime I was in constant communication with various sales teams members. If there are negative reviews regarding shipping or customer service, just be patient and your order will be fulfilled.

Poor delivery ... no sorry I mean NO delivery

Well god knows if the supplements are any good or not as ive not even been able to try them, ordered over 10 days ago , still no sign of them.

so update :: I did contact Zapply who eventually replied , they said the order had gone missing and were going to send me a new one .... that was 3 days ago , ive had no order confirmation , no tracking ... no nothing. Avoid this company unless you want to just give your money away

Just started using zapply T1 and after 1 week this happened…

Just started using zapply T1 and after about 1 week the first significant change has been the quality of my sleep. I wear an Apple Ultra watch that has an app on it that gives a sleep score (out of 100). Prior to using T1 that score was often as low as mid 50s up to maybe 70. Now im hitting sleep scores of 75 min up to 86 and feel much more refreshed and alive in the morning. Role on more improvements.

No doubt the product is great

No doubt the product is great, but got scammed order number WW-95182. I ordered 3 months supply and only received one month worth only 1 packet. I have the proof. Which I have emailed on your support email along with proof of purchase and what I received But i haven’t heard anything back. So hopefully this will get sorted. If not I will come back with another review. Order was placed on 3rd of may and received on 8th may.

Guys can you please sort it out. As the packet I got. I took some went to the gym and noticed the difference so let’s no ruin this by your admin error and send the order what I ordered.

The T1 is helping me exercise more regularly and generally feeling better. I’ve just moved onto the 6 month subscription and have also just purchased the Creatine. Customer service are always helpful and reply very quickly.
