Well, the first thing I noticed was how EASY it was to find info re: cost of meds, plans and membership (some sites make you search for their prices, others have surprise membership fees). The sign up was quick and, before I knew it, my meds were here! I'm following my consultant's tracking suggestions and am feeling optimistic...almost zappy!

Quick, easy and dependable. Smooth process to talk with a provider and get on the same page. Was able to get meds shortly after completing intake and obtaining a plan.

Run from Zappy Health. Very shady company with shady business practices. Zappy Health contracted with a third party pharmacy that did not have the licensure to compound medication or ship to my state. I have sent numerous emails with no response.

This company has some seriously questionable business practices. When you sign up, they give you access to their community chat on their app so you can hear from fellow patients and share experiences and get updates from Zappy themselves - but then kick you off if you’re even a member of certain Reddit or Facebook groups they don’t like. They apparently go on Reddit and Facebook and search the names of their members to see what online groups they’re members of. Dr. M ominously admitted on a Tik Tok video something like “we know who you are.” Then they kick you off their Zappy community chat, even if you’ve never posted anything negative or anything at all - just for being a member of those other groups. When you try and ask them why you’ve been kicked off the community chat, they say you violated the safe space - even if you never posted anything. It’s so weird.

Fast response, easy payment portal and good information on how and what to expect

It was very easy to use and navigate , I am a very busy working mom and using this site made things a lot easier and cut time in half for me .. I am excited to be using zappy from now on !

Good and informative

In my personal experience, it has been more than disheartening to see the lack of communication and lack of effort when it comes to providing information regarding medication and getting answers about my medical record. I have tried multiple avenues to get in contact with appropriate help using customer service chat, email, zappy chat, contacting/calling pharmacies, etc.

During this time with Ousia Pharmacy medication discrepancies, I encourage Zappy Health to work with any of the pharmacies involved with Ousia to provide clear and transparent evidence about our dispensed medications. It appears those involved are not able to provide further details without the provider's consent. (This brings no resolution when we are encouraged by Zappy to contact Ousia pharmacy directly and then stuck in the middle with no clarity)

Please help facilitate bridging the communication gap to get us real information and answers we are looking for. (As paying patients, we at the minimum deserve that. Along with safe, sterile, legitimate compounded prescription medication that is traceable)

I find it extremely misleading that Zappy states there has been no recalls for the medication from Ousia - they cannot be traced with the CF lot numbers on the vials nor simply provide evidence a CoA request. (Many others have shared multiple complaints on efficacy, potency, injection site reactions etc)

I am hoping as this moves forward, this will be a prompt and transparent process. I hope that future communication from Zappy Health and Dr. MC will feel meaningful and productive. The helpdesk is not able to provide the assistance necessary, as automated responses won't bring new helpful information.

Please follow up on my emails sent to solutions at zappyhealth.com so we can resolve lingering concerns and discrepancies. Thank you for your assistance in this prolonged matter. -ZB
