I had a very bad experience with zaradum.de and strongly warn others not to order from this shop.
I ordered an advent calendar that was supposed to arrive on December 1st, as it was meant to be a gift for a friend visiting me in Berlin before returning to Mexico. The package arrived five days late, on December 6th, which already ruined the purpose of the gift.
But the real shock came when I opened the package:
The product was a total scam. Instead of a real beer advent calendar, I received a cheap paper calendar with fake printed beers. I paid 30 euros for this.
Naturally, I wanted to return the item, but then things became even more suspicious. Although they claim their shop is based in the Netherlands, they told me I must return the product to China at my own expense.
Instead of properly accepting a return, they started bargaining with me:
First, they offered only 10% refund if I keep the product.
Then they offered 20% refund.
I clearly stated multiple times that I do not want a partial refund and that I want to return the product completely.
After that, they simply stopped replying to my emails.
This shop is not trustworthy, their product description is misleading, and their customer service is unprofessional and dishonest. I feel scammed and extremely disappointed.
