I would like to thank dear Mrs. Zare, who, with him correct and appropriate guidance, helped me solve my problem in the shortest possible time.

I’ve been using their VPS servers for some time now, and the service has been outstanding. The servers are fast, stable, and very reliable, with excellent performance even under heavy load.

Uptime has been solid, network speed is great, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality provided. The support team is also excellent — Jordan and Harry are especially helpful, professional, and quick to respond. They genuinely go the extra mile to help.

Placed an order in the evening, and everything was set up quickly the very next morning. The support team was brilliantly responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout. First impressions of Zare are excellent; the service feels reliable, professional, and truly enterprise-grade. Would highly recommend.

Really great service! Just about everything you want from a hosting provider. Servers are stable, the network is reliable and the support is always friendly and nice.

However, the prices are high, on some configurations even unreasonable. I get a lease-to-own offer for the same hardware and same price with some other providers.

I've been with Zare for around a year and a half. The service has been great, however I was a bit disappointed to learn that custom server builds aren't easily available, which ultimately led to my cancellation. If a comparable deal comes up in the future, I'll absolutely return, but for now I'll have to look elsewhere.

I have been a Zare customer since 2019, for various services like Dedicated Servers, IXP Ports, Transit & Mitigation and L2 connections.

Zare gave us fair pricing, communication is always good and issues & requests are handled properly.
Their network has proven to be solid and reliable throughout.

When we've ordered a dedicated server way back in early 2014, there was barely a slight delay on said server, to which one of the owners, personally sent an e-mail, on a free server upgrade. To this day, it has been the same server, and IP, with minimal server upgrades (more RAM and disk space). Every request we've sent was done within minutes, and every (D)DoS attack were quickly defended correctly. You could say that it's a bit pricey, however you won't be dissatisfied renting a dedicated server in the UK with everything else you get.

Zare is hosting a website that's using my personal, copyrighted image and information without permission, falsely claiming I'm an employee. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, Zare has not responded to my requests for removal. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of response. It's unacceptable that my personal information is being misused without my consent. The lack of action from Zare only worsens the severity of this situation, demonstrating a disregard for the legal and ethical responsibilities associated with hosting services.

For vital health reasons, I had to be hospitalized and did not have access to a computer for more than a month, supporting documents provided to Zare support. As a result, my IP transit expired, they cut it off. They have absolutely nothing to do with it and now refuse to deliver any service ordered in my presence. A word of advice, don't go to them, their mitigation is 160Gbps but that's nothing at all these days. In any case, never get sick when working with this company. I asked them if I could get my transit back if I pay annually, the answer was negative. Pathethics. And for the record, I was diagnosed as disabled by the departmental center for disabled people in France. So Zare has no respect for us, the people who have to be hospitalized for long periods of time. It's just a company that thinks that for money, it comes to tell me that they are losing money because they had to take care of me for my IP transit, my ass, it just requires creating a GRE tunnel and to whitelist my prefix with the various transit providers, there comes a time when we have to stop making fun of us.

Harry is really helpful, been hosting a server with them for a couple of years and always been there to help us upgrade or change any components. Easy customer portal and fast support replies. Would highly recommend them if you are looking to host a server. Worth every penny.

A pleasure to be your customer, never had any issues with connectivity and support tickets are normally responded to in a matter of minutes. One of the few UK providers who are willing to sell colocation services to individuals with a high degree of flexibility.
