1/5 as the test package arrived in…

1/5 as the test package arrived in time.
Unfortunately only 3/4 of the tests ordered were sent, so one family member could not test (we paid £70 per Day-2 test, total £280).
I emailed this to Zava - no repsonse.
It as now been 48hrs, still no results back!!
Today is 7 days since we were last tested, (last Monday tested before flight on Wednesday, arrive UK Thursday, final test again Saturday). The tests were sent priority mail - as per the instructions on Day-2 after arrival... I know it's a bank holiday weekend, but we paid a lot of money for what exactly ???
