Your product is expensive
Your product is expensive, but it works well. Not only were shipping costs exorbitant, but the equally expensive tariffs were an additional surprise not mentioned at the time of purchase. Total costs of this purchase about equaled the value of my surfboard. Not a good deal at all.

We are very happy to hear that the product works well! For us, this is the most important thing.
Regarding the overall cost of the purchase, the expenses you mentioned are unfortunately aspects outside Zavaii’s control. Shipping costs to non-EU countries are not set by us: the website calculates them automatically by connecting directly to the courier’s system, without any markup on our side, and they are always visible in the cart before payment.
As we are based in Europe, any import duties or taxes for shipments to the United States or other non-EU countries do not depend on us. For this reason, reducing import costs to the U.S. is one of our priorities, and we are evaluating solutions to make the experience more sustainable for non-EU customers.
