I have and recieved a couple of orders…
I have and recieved a couple of orders from You but this week I recieved 4 items:The NOLAN BATMAN TRILOGY in DELUXE EDITION 4K in two separate packets and on one of the packets wich included two items one of them arrived severeraly damaged on hardcase due poor package.I already report the issue.Other of the orders with DIRTY DANCING 4K STEELBOOK arrived well but BLU RAY(not the 4K one) disc was TOTALLY scratched.I also report TODAY both cases with pictures of damages.Hope You resolve this BIG TROUBLE for me quickly and if possible that doesn't happens anymore.

Postage takes way too long
Postage takes way too long. If you’re lucky, it wont get lost in postage, and you have to contact, fill out a paper, send back via email, a big pain in the …Have to pay import fees constantly. Only buy small things sometimes. Other e shops much better

I don't mind the shopping with Zavvi…
I don't mind the shopping with Zavvi but the problem is the custom tax. Zavvi makes it hard for us when we purchase items and have to pay for customs, then we have to show proof of the customs amount. Sometimes we don't get any notification that we paid the custom amount and that is when we have to go through so many people to get some results. If Zavvi sells items and they pay customs, they should pay it before the delivery and the customer is happy. I am giving then one more chance if this problem comes up again, I won't bother with them again.

Good, but there are things to improve
The site is back on track and we have faster deliveries, tracked deliveries and no extra charges for now. But sometimes it is hard to find a solution when you have a problem with an item. I've been waiting for months for an answer on an issue... It is good, even great, but there is room for some improvement
