Order take too much time
I did my order on 11 january, we are on 29 and there are not any signals from my order to arrive, last time I buy in this website. The point is, if they send it from china, it is the same thing or better time of arriving if we order it from aliexpress and it is much cheaper…

False information regarding times of arrival of the product. It never gets to be prepared or sent. They even have a pre-build question when you try to reach the customer care assistance which first question is "when is my producto going to be prepared to be sent? It is cheaky. Inmoral. Even more. Great! But...
Zavvi is a good online shop where you can find really great deals and exclusive products. But it´s true that there are times that you have to wait for long periods until you actually get your order. I would like if they could be more communicative, sometimes it seems i´m talking to a robot with their vague answers and it would be most appreciated if they knew about the products they sell. For example the Haslab Ghostbusters proton pack. They were unable to give me a straight and clear answer about the payment.
Overall I really like it and will continue to buy here (over 10 years) and hope they keep doing a good job even if there are some hiccups in the way.
