Ordered 2x story boxes at the beginning of March with a 3-5 shipping date. It's now the end of April and received nothing. I have emailed, tried to chat on the website and messaged on Instagram but no reply. Such a shame. Will be getting money back through our bank. Would have at least expected an automatic reply on emails if there is a problem.

My granddaughter has loved all the Zaza's boxes and I was hoping to start another subscription for my new granddaughter. I ordered a one off first and that was a hit. Unfortunately Zaza has not replied to any of my messages and the website now states it has no products available.

I bought a half pound. It came with over a oz of leaf shake. An quarter oz of loose seeds. An every bud was filled with seeds. I haven't seen seeds in weed sense I was 15 in the 90s. I was told the seeds happen in lager bags. Which is horse shit. Like I said haven't seen seeds in decades. An on top of it the buds taste horrible. Literally insomnia smokable.this place is trash .if I could of gave a zero I would of

I was making a story sack for Lachlan age one, Dear Zoo is one of his favourite books and I wanted to buy all the animals, which was proving difficult until I found Zaza. The wooden animals are perfect, beautifully painted and chunky for little hands.
They arrived quickly and in a lovely box.
Thank you Zaza, I shall use you again.

There was a slight error with the order which was soon rectified. Packaging for the books were lovely and the little boy whose gift it was, loved it. Would buy from here again

I ordered a story book in November for a Christmas present . I haven’t received the book , I have reached out via email
And through Facebook but have not received a reply .

I came across Zazas on Instagram through a page and company I am already familiar with. I immediately trusted this page for this reason. I paid for a subscription and received monthly orders containing beautiful books and toys, so when it came to an end, naturally, I wanted to renew my subscription. However, this time, two months went by, two lots of payments made yet no order was received. I tried reaching out to their multiple social media pages, as well as their website to query this and there has been no response at all. My queries have gone ignored and unanswered which I am extremely gutted about. My son loved the monthly packages, me too, and to not have received two months worth is just disappointing. Sorry Zazas - I did not think I would be leaving such a review after the many reliable and wonderful months with you. Where are you and what is going on?

I bought ZaZa's Storybox as a subscription gift for my goddaughter, and it's been an absolute hit! She looks forward to it arriving each month and is completely captivated by the stories and activities inside. It's beautifully put together, thoughtful, and really encourages imagination and creativity. As a gift, it feels special and personal—something that grows with her and sparks joy every time. Having received the boxes every month for nearly 2 years, I get just as excited as the children! The boxes are presented and have clearly been put together by a true expert in children’s early reading. Each theme is so suited to the age and really different. We have lots of books as a family and we’ve never had a duplicate of something we already own. It’s clear that lots of research and thought goes into the book choice and supporting toys. The cardboard books are really durable and great for taking out and about. I wish the subscription could last forever. Danni is easy to contact and always responds so quickly. I am really looking forward to starting this for my new niece or nephew when they arrive! I’d recommend these to anyone as they make such happy post for child and parent!

Couldn’t recommend highly enough. We ordered a one off box which was great and so have ended up becoming subscribers because the products are so fantastic and thoughtfully put together. Great customer service as we initially had an issue caused by the email going to my junk mail (seems to happen a lot to me!) and no fault of the company at all but I wasn’t sure if the order had gone through. Danni was quick to respond to me chasing up and reassure me that the box was on its way and I was so glad it was. Even though the product is for my youngest my other 2 love looking at the stories with her and it’s encouraged such lovely family time looking at books together. Such a fantastic product and lovely personal service.

We absolutely adore Zara’s Storybox!! Was really easy to purchase, fast delivery, well packaged and a beautiful product! Purchase for a friend as a present, this will be my go to gift for new parents from now on. Couldn’t be more pleased.

My two year old absolutely loves Zaza’s Storybox! Not only does he get super excited to open the box, the books are lovely and engaging. He absolutely loves to read so I am so glad that I signed up to this. I have also bought a couple of one off boxes for friends, and they all love it too! Fab service and fab company. Thank you!

We LOVE Zara’s Storybox! It’s been a fantastic part of my 3 little ones childhood. We really look forward to receiving the boxes and the variety has kept our reading times interesting. Danni is so passionate about making reading with our children a joy and I feel that this will really bring a love for books and create life long readers. Receiving the boxes is a good reminder to take the time to find a quiet corner and snuggle up with a book.
The team are very responsive and friendly to contact. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who has a little one/ friend/ relative. Would make a lovely gift!

Bought Storybox for my grandson when my daughter was staying. Quality fine but when she returned home (200 miles away) I emailed to change the address. No response and next months was delivered to me and not her address as requested. Emailed again with change of address and same response and I now have 3 Storybox's and my poor grandson has no reading material. Over last week I have tried to contact via email, Facebook messenger and website chat - not a single response and I've now wasted £80. Absolutely appalling customer service. Danni maybe passionate about children reading, she's certainly not passionate about her customers. Do not use this site as there are so many others.

I have bought a number of items from Zaza’s storybox over the last year, including standalone boxes which are perfect for birthdays, and monthly subscriptions as a maternity present and for a one year old’s birthday present. All the recipients have been truly delighted with the quality of the content of each box, and impressed with the beautiful presentation. Danni’s passion to inspire reading from such a young age really translates to the products, which are both educational and fun, and the associated toys have become firm favourites of the young readers! Will definitely be ordering again!

I really hate to leave bad reviews but I have tried every avenue to rectify the problem however the company just ignores me. I’m so upset, I ordered over a month ago a subscription box for my daughters first birthday,I noticed her birth year was incorrect so I emailed them- no reply. On their instagram page they announced all new subscribers would get an extra book- I emailed to see if this included me- no reply. I emailed when my order didn’t arrive- no reply!
Over a month later and still no order so I emailed again and contacted visibly on social media, someone finally replied on Facebook and said they would email me regarding my missing order but that was a lie. I’m still waiting for the company to get back to me.I fear I’ve lost my money and may have been scammed.

I am delighted I found Zaza books for my grandson’s first birthday, which was a gift for a whole year. He is now approaching 2 years, so have just received his final book box.
Every box has contained amazing interactive books and toys, and he and his mum created a special opening time together. Jake recognised the packing, and got excited each time, which just shows what he thought of them. We did have one issue, when a box didn’t arrive, but this will be quickly replaced, after a quick correspondence by email.
I loved the boxes so much that I got them for Jake’s cousin, my other grandson, Oscar, and he loves them just as much.

Very sadly our daughter has now reached 2 and we will no longer be receiving Zaza's Storybook. Every month we got 2 fabulous books, fun toys which tied in nicely with the topic of the month and a lovely explanation of how our child was developing at each monthly stage. I cannot recommend this company enough!

These storyboxes are the best!
My little one loved it from the moment the first one arrived.
Everything is very thought out and allows fun interaction or independent play.
The toys and books are well made and diverse, and the customer support behind the scenes is superb. Any time I had a question or request I received a quick reply and a straight forward solution.
I wish the boxes would have a primary school range as well!

Great story box as either a gift or subscription. Definitely helps get the little ones engaged more and we were both excited to get the box each month to see what was inside. I would definitely recommend to everyone, it's such a lovely idea and really reasonably priced too :)
