Order the cream three tubes..after a few weeks it just didn't work for me...i contacted the company...they suggested to give it another couple of weeks which I did...they oddly suggested that they couldn't give a refund if the tubes were open.?..despite giving a money back guarantee...anyway after using the cream for another two weeks as suggested by this company months passed..absolutely nothing from this company..no after sales service..this company isn't interested in after sales..just sales...i would strongly suggest to people to avoid them..

I'm sorry the cream didn't work for you yet - I think it may be helping more than you realise to prevent it getting worse. I suffer from tennis elbow myself, and it combination with the cream and tennis elbow brace, it works wonders to get me back out on the court. But everyone's situation is different and it isn't going to suit everyone, and when it doesn't, we'd rather refund you than have you sitting there feeling stuck with three tubes.
Let me clear up the refund part, because that isn't how we do things. We don't ask anyone to send product back, opened or not. If it's not right for you, we refund you and we'd only suggest passing the tubes on to someone who might get some good out of them. A family member, a neighbour, anyone with a sore back or dodgy knees. Better than it sitting in a cupboard or going in the bin.
On the after sales side, our customer service team did reply to you back in April, and the thread's been quiet since. At that time, you were partially refunded - so I trust that you can see we have actively been doing everything we can to support you.
We're a small family business. There's a handful of us here and after sales is the part we care most about, so we do our very best to get back to every person who writes to us, and quickly. Our team also doesn't need my permission to look after you. Refunds, replacements, sending you something different, whatever gets you to a fair outcome.
