This website is a scam. I ordered an IKEA wardrobe from them in late November, 2024. I have another wardrobe like this that I bought directly from IKEA and it came in 3 long boxes (remember this for later). I was awaiting the arrival of my wardrobe when I got an email notification that it had arrived. I work from home, so I looked outside and there was no package. I tracked the FedEx number and it was a photo of one small box on someone else’s porch. I contacted FedEx immediately and they asked for the box number of my house, which I provided. They said that Zealith had another address within my city written on the box, so it was not a FedEx error. I had a sinking feeling that it was a scam. The next step was to contact the seller and wait 7 days for a reply. I wrote an email explaining the situation and received no reply. I then contacted Afterpay. The merchant, Zealith, refused to make it right and they disputed my Afterpay claim, showing a FedEx delivery notification, with no house number listed, only my city and state. This company is extremely sketchy and the only other reviews on here are two 5 star reviews, placed one day apart and no other reviews since. It is a scam. Please do not buy from them.

made a purchased on 12/07, received an email on 12/9 said the order was shipped and a Fedex tracking number was provided. On 12/11, Fedex web site indicated the package was delivered and had a picture of proof of delivery. I have never received the package and it was not even my apartment front door in that proof of delivery picture. Called Fedex and gave them my name and address, Fedex confirmed that the package of that tracking number was not for me, it was for another person with another address in my area. I tried to contact Zealith about this issue. Now comes the best part, on Zealith web site, it says 24/7 dedicated support. I tired to call them, the phone number listed on the web site is not in service. Sent them emails, no response. Left messages on their web site, no answer. I had to have the payment company to raised the dispute for this order, and Zealith told them the order was delivered and I was just trying to harm their business and cause them financial loss. The Fedex invoice they used as proof, it didn't even have my name and address on it. Before anyone want to purchase anything from them, better think twice, there is no such thing about 24/7 dedicated support. I just want to find me order, but Zealith don't seem like they want to help at all. Better stay away.
