Stay away from Zealthy

I tried this company and everything was ok until I cancelled. I found a better deal with another company. After I cancelled Zealthy kept charging me $135 a month for nothing. I cancelled my credit card and they somehow found my new creditor account and have continually tried to charge me each month. Luckily these charges have been blocked. Don’t mess with this company unless you are planning on sticking with you forever. They don’t want to let go of your money.

I have cancelled my membership in the…

I have cancelled my membership in the month of Dec and It took 2 months to get reinbursed and now on Jan 22 they have tried to charge my card again for another shipment.
This is the main message on my account, yet still get messages, calls, telling me to update my credit card.

Horrible service, horrible..if I could give it below a one-star I would.

"You already paid for your current month of Zealthy weight loss membership but your membership is scheduled to be cancelled. "

Pay with Credit card so you can protect yourself!

First let me say this company is a total ripoff and they scam you all they can. There's no phones that are answered, no emails are replied to and no way to get a hold of them. Be aware they're also doing business now under the name of glp1, fitrx & Get zealthy! Pay with your credit card & you can dispute the payment issues you WILL have! Nothing stops them! They've been sued by the US government but it doesn't involve billing and lieing!

Thank you for responding

Thank you for responding, but your answer does not resolve the issue.

Money was taken from my account without clear authorization, and I was charged after being led to believe I was signing up for a low-cost medication program. I am not the only one reporting this problem. There are multiple complaints from other consumers describing the same misleading billing practices.

Your response does not address:

1. Why money was taken before services were delivered

2. Why the charge was not clearly disclosed as recurring

3. Why so many consumers are reporting the same experience

This needs to be handled publicly and transparently. I will not take this matter into private communication, because other consumers deserve to see how this issue is resolved.

A copy of this exchange — including your response — has been forwarded to:

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

My State Attorney General

The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)

I am requesting:

A full refund of the unauthorized charge

Written confirmation that no further withdrawals will be attempted

A public clarification of your billing practices so others are not misled

I will update this complaint based on your response and any corrective action taken.

Thank you

Do Not Use This Company for your weight…

Do Not Use This Company for your weight loss journey. The communication is terrible. You get a different person every time. I asked to cancel my subscription and was charged and sent medication I did not ask for. I asked to cancel a aecond time and was charged again. When asked why they said I still had use of their coaching even though they stopped my medication. They would not cancel a pending charge only minutes after it went through. They basically took $135 of my money for services I had already canceled and I will receive nothing for it. They are a scam. Confusing information and will charge you after you cancel. I had to block them from my bank. I have never been required to do that before. Run from them and find some where local to work with.

Stay away from this company Zealthy

Stay away from this company Zealty. Scammers. They charged me twice. Said my card was declined. I filed a dispute. Called within 4 days to cancel. Sent several emails to cancel. Zero response. A month later they are trying to charge my card again. I see all the same issues with other complaints. 10/2/2025 I sent an email as requested to Zealthy. Zero response. 10/9 they charged my card again. Filed a credit card dispute. Horrible company. 03/1/2026 never heard from them. My credit card had to block them. Total scammers.

Warning ⚠️ Zealthy/ZFit is a FRAUD SCAM

Warning: Fraudulent & Unauthorized Charges

For the fifth month in a row, Zealthy (now disguising charges under the name “ZFit”) has double charged my account $135. Twice this week alone. This marks the 12th unauthorized charge despite multiple cancellations that I have documented with emails and screenshots.

They continue to bill me twice a month even though my account was canceled months ago. Changing their billing name to “ZFit” only proves they know what they’re doing is wrong and deceptive.

This is not just incompetence—it is deliberate fraud. I am now left with no choice but to pursue legal action against Zealthy/ZFit for unauthorized charges and deceptive practices.

Consumers, beware: this company is running a scam, and they will not stop taking your money even after cancellation.

zealthy took my money & shipped me NOTHING

zealthy took my money & shipped me NOTHING has been shipped. They told me I couldn't receive a refund because a tracking number had been issued yet, there is no tracking number on my account profile. They promised me my order would be sent out on August 27th & nothing. I want my money back so I can go elsewhere!

Zealthy is one of the most dishonest…

Zealthy is one of the most dishonest companies I’ve ever dealt with. They advertise that you can “start the medication process for $75 a month,” but the truth is it’s just a subscription scam with hidden fees. I paid $75 and immediately asked for a refund before receiving any services. They flatly refused, claiming they had already provided services—when in reality, I never spoke to a real person. Everything was handled by an AI chatbot, and no actual medical consultation or service ever happened.

If a company has so little integrity that they’ll steal $75 under false pretenses, how could anyone possibly trust them with their health? Medical care requires honesty and accountability, and Zealthy has neither. The fact that they hide behind misleading advertising and refuse refunds when no service was provided says everything about their character.

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They charged my credit card twice for a service I never ordered or received. And, they made me give them the card info BEFORE explaining what they offer!
They REFUSE to refund my total of $270 ($135 for 2 months) and won't even listen to what I say!!
