I got scammed back in January when I thought I was ordering from Gymshark. Got confirmation email but never received tracking number. When I sent an email to the "customer service" listed on the original email, I was answered by a person named Belle. It took her two months to give me the tracking number. When I click on the number, it said the package has been delivered but I never received anything. I told Belle that had they sent me the tracking number right away, I would've been able to anticipate when the package would come. She said they'll put in another order for me and stand by for the tracking number. She never sent it to me. And she stopped responding since May. I looked up my bank statement and it said ZEBJEE. I never bought anything from ZEBJEE but the amount is the same as the "Gymshark" order. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

-10 Zero stars, ordered 2 items never turned up, went to my bank to make a complaint of fraud back in January, today 03/05/2024 I received a message from your bank saying Zebjee are contesting the payment I got back off my bank for fraud. This Zebjee are a full on bunch of fraudsters. Do not dealt with them as you'll lose you're money. When I approached Zebjee I get replies from someone or something called Merry?? Con con con

I was actually forced to choose at least a star to give a review, but honestly it would be zero. This supposedly company stole my money, never sent Nike shoes four pair I order at 19.99 a piece, they took 79.95 from me and I've never received sense Dec 28, 2023 now it's March 13, 2024 still nothing. I contacted through email someone named Helen who keeps promising that my order was sent to and address that I never requested but Helen saying I gave the wrong address the first time so I sent the correct address and they were resending Helen said , this time she sent to another state saying I requested that address when I clearly didn't!!!! Three times Helen saids to give them seven days to investigate why the problem keeps happening!!! Each seven day Helen come back saying there going to resend package again, send me a bogus tracking number at some place called 17 Track, twice to 17 Track after looking at pictures it wasn't what ordered. I have all the emails to prove the game that was played on me. So what can I do??? Scammed!!!! Also I contacted BBB several times in which they opened a case but assured me that they can't make Zebjee may my money back or make them send the shoes ordered!!!!! BBB said that there able to send a resolution attempt for me and them but nothing more. BBB told me to write a review to expose, but also help people in the future not be scammed!!! I learned about Zebjee through Instagram ad which is showing nice Nike shoes for 19.95 a piece for a short time completely deceptive!!!! Lies!!! There scammers!!!!!

Buy bags from this company , they took my money , never received anything back from them, calling them no answer it’s a scam beware please I lost money of 126$

I saw a charge lm my CC that I, did not make. Emailed several times never got a response...they are discusting why are they not being g shut down! Have not read one good review about them.

I ordered myself 2 pairs of sneakers and a pair for my daughter. Haven't received or heard anything from them I also tried emailing and calling nothing. I couldn't even dispute it so I lost money never order from these scammers

Ordered fishing tackle in January from their website that displayed Bass Pro Shops. After much back and forth they sent a tracking number indicating items arrived. They did not. USPS advised the tracking code was foreign. Goodbye money!

I order 2 pairs of sneakers 3 weeks ago and never received them. The good thing I used my credit card and will get my money back. Never use a debit card to pay for something like this. Stop doing what you are doing to hard working people.

Order shoes claiming to be from sporting store Took my money out of my account. Never received shoes or money back.. Email the company but no response. Now thier website is gone. I have a order number but can't do anything with the website is gone.
