Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. Took my order but didn't ship it. After 10 days I asked why and they said they'd ask their shipping department. After 3 days of waiting I asked again, same response, after another 4 I asked again and they canceled my order with no reason given. Paolo is an absolute terrible customer service rep. If you have to deal with him assume he's just ignoring you.

I placed an order on April 2nd, and as of today, there has been no response, but they charged me by credit card. I called several times, but there was no answer; the support person who answered was indifferent and did not care.

I emailed them, but there has been no response. Don't order from them if you are planning to.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke! They had the best price on an item I was looking for and they seemed legitimate (located in Toronto). They promised same to next day free shipping. I heard absolutely nothing for an entire week. I tried messaging on their website. Nothing. I tried calling. No agents to answer the phone. Call may be returned the next day... I needed this item urgently by this point. I emailed them in an urgent tone and they responded saying they'd look into it. By the next day, nothing. So I told them to cancel my order, that I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. They basically didn't care. Never did have an explanation as to why the item didn't ship in that amount of time. Good luck with that kind of poor service!

Don't purchase

I placed an order it has been "being prepared" for a month now. I contacted their support, they said they would be on touch. Nothing has come of it, had to get a refund from my bank.

Edit: They are actually fighting the chargeback too. Seriously save yourself the headache, you won't get your product.

I placed my order on Saturday, March 08, and received a confirmation of my order right away. Then I read all the bad reviews and was a bit nervous. I sent an email asking about the tracking number and never heard anything....they were probably closed. On Monday I got a tracking number and was assured my order was being processed. I received my order today March 11. So it was pretty quick. I was impressed with the friendly customer service and the quick delivery as well as the products I ordered. I would recommend giving them a try, I would order again....I had a good experience,

Read bad reviews - but my experience was very good.

I read all the bad reviews so was concerned. I was looking for 3 packs of Zymox Otic solution (ear solution for my dog). Before ordering, I called them and said "hey...you guys have terrible reviews includig very recent ones and people are saying never to buy. Delays in shipping, etc.'". The guys said "we know about the reviews. We are dependent on the shipping and products being available in our warehouse. What product are you looking for". I told him - he checked and said they had them in stock. I reconfirmed and said "so for sure you have them and are going to send them". He said "yes - you should get them within 5 business days". I called on Mon 24 Feb 2025. Placed the order. Received the products on Fri 28th Feb 2025. So my experience was very good. I did call and ask them about the reviews and checked if they have the items in stock though.

Do not order from Zecoya!

Do not order from Zecoya!! I was hesitant at first after having seen all the mixed reviews, but I tried to give them a shot since they had a good deal on the EOS body lotion. I ordered Dec 31, 2024, and it still hasn't shown up. Some of the products in my order still say they're being "prepared for shipping," and haven't even left the warehouse yet. It's been almost two months!! I've contacted customer service 4 times now and they've refused to give me a refund - they've (Paolo) blatantly just ignored my requests and told me to follow the tracking number and apologized for the delay. Ordering from Zecoya will only result in you being out money. Please don't support them!

Company has not refunded my money and never sent my items

I placed an order Jan 25th with a delivery date Feb 3rd, no arrival, Feb 5th no arrival. I emailed the company as products showed 'processing order' and they assured someone would get back to me. Called and emailed several times as I requested to cancel the order and they told me someone from another department would contact me and nobody has. The products have never been shipped nor have they refunded me my money. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this site at all costs

Avoid this site at all costs! They are scammers and thieves. I placed an order over two weeks ago, and it was never shipped. They lied, claiming the shipping company was handling it, but when I contacted the shipping company, they confirmed they never received the order. Do not trust this site or waste your money!

Very sketchy company…I do not recommend.

Very sketchy company. Will never order from them again. Have placed an order on December 24, 2024. We are now January 13, 2025 with nothing in hand. I have contacted them several times to ask about when my order will be shipped by email at first where they always replied by the generic “I've notified our shipping team about the delay. We'll follow up with you as soon as we hear back from them”. I’ve tried calling them as well; no one is answering the phone, ever. You can leave a voicemail, which I have done but no one called me back. Today I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They say it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. It says it has shipped on January 7, 2025 but has not moved since. There is a Clearance Statements at the bottom that “Clearance Statements
By ordering goods from Zecoya Inc., I hereby authorize Broad Reach Trade Services and/or a customs broker of their choice to act as my agent, and to transact business with the CBSA to obtain the release of my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, and if applicable facilitate returns and initiate refund claims on my behalf.” …
euh why ? Aren’t you a Canadian company located in Canada ? Why is my order crossing the border ? Seems like it’s a drop ship company that is located God knows where. Really really not happy with my experience with Zecoya and will not recommend it to anyone.

2 months and haven’t received my order yet.

I order a product for hair loss from this website 2 months ago. I tried to call last month no answer and when someone finally answered he said they made a label but purlator didn’t pick up yet now it’s been two months and still nothing. And I got no response via email nor phone call. And it was not a cheap product. I needed it for postpartum hair loss now I already lost so much hair and this issue is stressing me out and causing more hair loss. At this point I just want my money back.
