I gave them a garbled request, and they went the extra mile to deliver anyway. Really impressed, great communication- a breath of fresh air compared to usual delivery woes!

I can’t thank Zedify enough for going above and beyond with my recent delivery. I had a last-minute change in plans and needed to change my delivery address the night before, but HelloFresh told me it was too late to adjust anything. Zedify had already optimized their routes and their policy clearly states that changes can’t be made that close to delivery. Despite this, they kindly agreed to accommodate me.

Not only did they make the switch, but they did it so efficiently and with such a friendly attitude, saving me £100 worth of food that would’ve gone to waste! In a world where customer service can feel automated and rigid, Zedify truly stood out by making an exception and putting the customer first. I am beyond impressed and incredibly grateful for their help.

I came across Zedify Brighton by accident when I was a small business who had just begun using Click It Local in 2021, and I've never looked back! Zedify are reliable, friendly, relatively cost effective, and a very convenient option for my business. Great staff, very prompt service, and great for the environment, of course.

This is the second time I have been in for a parcel delivery, my door buzzer rang but I was given NO time to get to intercom to let driver in. I have mobility issues but I only have a small apartment, so even if active would have had a struggle to attend. I literally got to the intercom when still buzzing!!!!! I also leave my next door neighbours number for deliveries even if I’m not in. They were also at home. Very annoying.

UPDATE Saturday 19 October

NOW according to Zedify they have delivered my parcel BUT according to the photograph it is NOT TO ME!! The photo evidence shows a DARK BLUE door, mine is white!! Furious.

Vanessa was especially helpful and responsive. She kept me informed at all times and was a joy to deal with.

A really unique and sustainable way to deliver goods. I love seeing the drivers around who are always really friendly. Local base means local employment which I'm more than happy to support. Up to now my experience with Zedify has always been 5*

Such a pleasant deliver, even in the rain, who carried the heavy box inside. Impressed with eco ‘bicycle’ delivery & those who pedal such a heavy load.

"Delivery was good and on time, but special thanks go to the guy who delivered the box, as he stayed to help my mother in law, who fell when going to the door to pick up the parcel. He went beyond and above his duty and stayed to call her son and to help her deal with a small injury she had incurred."

First time my HelloFresh box was delivered by ZEDIFY and was a little anxious. However, the delivery was on time as per their earlier notification. All good.

Always polite and courteous when delivering. I collect at the gate as my intercom doesn't work to let them in, but they always offer to carry to the door for me.

Zedify has always been a reliable delivery company and I have really enjoyed receiving my HelloFresh deliveries from them. Drivers are always genuinely nice and helpful people with a great attitude for top customer service. I would happily recommend Zedify!

Really excellent work by the lovely delivery team. I found my parcel outside my flat on time and delivered with care. This has consistently been the case for the past few months. I am very happy with Zedify.

I had put the wrong address down for a parcel and Vanessa was very helpful with having it delivered to the correct one for me. She was very patient and made sure it all went smoothly. 10/10.

I just wanted to call out the driver who went above and beyond to divert my package to my current address rather than the one I'd incorrectly put on the parcel myself. I wasn't so sure if anyone would pick up the delivery note I added but am so apprectiative of him doing so, it's really saved me a lot! Thank you very much again.
