I purchased the transparent grey Saturn Controller, as I'd had enough of the bulky, clunky western style one. It's so much better and more comfortable to use. And looks great. I love the old transparent variants of peripherals and consoles.

I also purchased the NES 72 pin replacement connector. It works so much better now, although it has been a tight squeeze with a couple of carts. But no more blinking red light. Easy to install too.

Both items arrived packaged together within a couple if days, and the price was very reasonable, too. I'll be using Zedlabz again.

I've made a few orders from ZedLabz now, with multiple items on each order, and I can honestly say they are absolutely great. Postage is usually very quick and free above a certain order amount. The vast majority of items they stock are very good quality and removes the quality roulette of ordering console repair or mod parts from eBay.

I've only had an issue with a couple of items in all the orders I've made and their customer support has been very quick to resolve, offering trouble shooting first and then either a replacement part or a refund.

Since Brexit, there are some console mod parts which you can't get shipped directly from the manufacturer anymore, and ZedLabz now stock a lot of these parts at a very fair price.

Found the product I wanted. The specs were all there and displayed in a clear manner. Payment was clean, the product was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. An excellent experience! No problems at all.

I ordered a set of new gamecube controller buttons. They look great! I accidentally ordered a set of the wrong color, so I ended up ordering a second set and keeping the first. One problem I found is, the Z button sticks and is very hard to press with both sets. I don't think it is an error in installation, because when I reinstall the original Z button, I don't have this issue. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this, and figured out what the problem is. The product looks and feels great otherwise, I only wish shipping was faster, but don't we all.
