I ordered some replacement parts for a PS3 controller, and they arrived in record time. Aside from some fiddly work reassembling, everything went together smoothly, and I can honestly say I'd return without hesitation if I'm in need of parts again

Got the wrong item

Got the wrong item, wrote an e-mail and support never got back to me. Giving 2 stars since the packaging and shipment were done well. Not ordering here again tho, since getting the wrong item pretty much means you're stuck with it.

Hi, thanks for leaving your review, we make every effort to reply to every customer who contacts us within 24 business hours if possible, it may sometimes take 48 business hours at peak times, i have looked into your details and i can see we responded to your query at 2:50PM on the 31st of July 2023. In the email we have advised on your issue and that we believe you have had the right item, but since it is a colour changing product affected by temperature (thermal reactive plastic buttons) there may have been some misunderstanding of what the product is, the shade of blue will change according to temperature. We have advised on some options to help you with this since it is not really the colour you wanted.

Issues in getting emails can relate to spam folders, however in your case on review i can see a potential issue with the email address you provided on our contact form, it looks like you have a gmail email address, however you provided an email ending in "gmai.com". We use a ticket system to manage emails from customers so this is not something we would typically notice, in this case it seems the email you provided was not valid so you have not received our email. I will forward the email onto what we believe the email address actually is, but if you do not get this please contact us again providing a valid email please.

Some of our products are manufactured using our own tooling and are exclusively our own product, some products are sourced from factories where we customise and change the specification of the products to our requirements, others are a standard model from a factory which we believe are suitable for their purpose and not in need of a custom product, and other products are manufactured by our small business partners.

No matter what route we use to bring products to our customers, we do try to offer the good quality products which meet or exceed expectations. We would be grateful if you could reach out to us directly on email to give further feedback on the performance issues you experienced, we work with customers on a regular basis to improve and resolve issues with products we stock, but also to bring items to our store that we currently do not offer.
