I faced a problem with a construction loan which was taken through a different broker. Anshu assisted me in addressing the bank's queries, even though he is not the broker for the loan, nor did he gain any financial benefits/commission. Being a first home buyer, I was very concerned about the whole loan process, how will I get my loan sorted, which bank to reach to get the best interest rate, how should I split my money between the fixed and the variable rate of interest, what all documents are needed, etc etc etc. and then I spoke to Anshu at Zedplus and it was like giving all my worries to him. I initially had my doubts as I was in VIC and him being in NSW but Anshu and his highly capable team made my loan process a breeze. They were available over the phone whenever I needed them. A special shout out to Ekta for working till late to resolve some of my important queries with the bank.
