I never leave reviews (literally ever) but after using Zdigitizing for 8-10 different designs, they've always come through with exactly what I asked for, and they're turn around is exceptionally fast. On top of that, whenever I need a tweak or something altered, they're more than happy to do so just as quickly, and never once have they said no or tried to charge extra (keep in mind, these are minor changes, not new designs - don't take advantage of them of course). Could not speak more highly of the team there.

This company is great!! Super fast turn around( same day service). I needed to have them make some adjustments to my logo and they did so very fast and efficiently! I also asked about recommended stabilizer and I had my question answered in an hour or so! I will definitely be using Zeedigitizing for all my digitizing needs!

I gave them a very complex picture to turn into an embroidery file. They did an excellent job digitizing it. I also had a problem with my file and they are so fast to reply and help. When I say fast, I mean within a few hours. I will definitely be using their services again.

WOW! This company is awesome! I sent a file to be digitized on a Sunday and within a couple of hours I had an outstanding digitized file back and ready to use. The communication is fabulous, the fees are very fair with options for even greater savings, and the end product was perfect. Excellent customer service, active communication via emails from representatives. They were knowledgeable, polite and professional. Their prices are more than reasonable! And the files that they transferred from a photo of a logo, to an embroidery jef file, were completed in record time! Highly recommend this company!

I recently had a logo digitized and couldn't be happier with the experience. I love working with them. They do a fantastic job. My first time using a company for digitizing and it was a great experience. I will continue to use them. Fantastic customer service and quick turn around time.

The files they provide are not the quality I would expect from a company who specializes in this. The files use much more thread than needed. I had an american flag done and instead of doing the strips the file embroidered a white background over the entire striped section then did the red strips which were not as wide as the red stripes. also, the red stripes continued into the blue field. I had them correct it three times and still not even close to acceptable. Requires too much of my time to try to get an acceptable file.

The stitch image was absolutely great. Delivery time was extremely fast. When needed to contact them, I received a fast response. I will truly be using them often.
