After some initial issues with prescription information and having to return the glasses, I have to say that the second attempt and lens correction were even better than those I received from the brick-and-mortar establishment I relied on previously. I am very disappointed with my experience ordering from Zeelool. I entered my prescription carefully and exactly as provided by my eye prescription. After receiving my glasses, they did not appear to have the correct prescription, even though I paid for prescription lenses.
When I contacted customer service, I felt they immediately blamed me by claiming I entered the wrong numbers instead of fully investigating the issue. I reviewed the prescription saved in my account, and it matches what I originally entered.
I have ordered prescription glasses online from other companies before without any problems, so this experience has been very frustrating and aggravating. As a first-time customer, I expected better service and accountability. I hope Zeelool improves how they handle customer concerns and order errors.

This is not my prescription! No one answers the phone and there is no customer service contact info. So I am stuck with an $85 pr of glasses I can't wear!! Stay away from a company that doesn't have any morals ; they are bottom-feeders!

The sunglasses are definitely not dark enough. I selected black sunglass lenses, but they barely have a tint. Really disappointing. Definitely don’t recommend sunglasses from zeelool. The prescription is correct but not going to help in bright sunlight.
