Zeelool Went Above and Beyond

I purchased readers in February 2026. I somehow scratched the left lense. I contacted Zeelool to ask if they will replace the scratched lense only, and at what cost. After Zeelool gathered information and photographs from me, they replaced the exact eyeglasses at no cost. I received them today and I'm wearing them now.

I purchased 3 sets of readers from Zeelool, and my friend purchased 4, after I referred her to Zeelool. We absolutely love the multitude of designs and the ease of placing orders. Customers for life!

I ordered two pair of same glasses…

I ordered two pair of same glasses different rx. They sent them together with no identifying information as to which pair has which rx in it.

I can't see

This is my first time buying from you on the glasses are of quality and I think you know the delivery was good but I need to exchange because that was the wrong prescription but the right prescription is in the system now I would like to send them back and get the right prescription 7

I loved my glasses

I loved my glasses. I can see perfectly.out of them. You should really make more of a selection of round glasses. The Gucci and Calvin Klein have really beautiful ones at Costco.

I ordered two pairs of glasses and one…

I ordered two pairs of glasses and one pair sunglasses. I had to send them back because they were not right. The one was alright, but the other pair of glasses and the one pair of sunglasses were blurry, so I had to send them back, In return they sent me back two pairs of glasses and no sunglasses. They kept the balance of my money that I had paid for three pairs and said the were more expensive, but they were same order as the first. They were supposed to fix what they messed up, but they DID NOT, THEY KEPT THE BALANCED OF MY MONEY. They are a scam. They steal from seniors. The new set they sent me are too big. They refused to give me my money saying they could only give a store credit, which would force me to buy their glasses from them. SCAMMERS.

After verification with our support team, the issue occurred due to incorrect prescription information you provided, which is why you returned the items. Afterwards, you opted to receive store credit along with a 10% discount coupon. You then used this store credit to place a new order 101797525 for two pairs of glasses on your own.
The new lenses you selected come with upgraded extra functions, which naturally results in a higher price than your original items.
As for the issue that the new glasses feel too large, we have sent you an email with detailed solutions. Please kindly check your inbox or spam folder for our message.
