Great hair oil and excellent customer service

I had a really good experience with Zeeluxe. The hair oil works well and feels high quality. It absorbs nicely and does not feel heavy or greasy. I noticed my hair felt softer and healthier after using it consistently.

Zeeluxe Ltd is a UK-based haircare brand. We sell physical products (hair oils, leave-in conditioners) through our website using standard card payments via Shopify. We don't accept PayPal, we don't accept crypto, and we have no withdrawal or account-funding system of any kind — those simply aren't things we offer or have ever offered.
I've checked our order records and can't find any matching customer information. It sounds like you may have encountered a different website that you've mistaken for us, which I'm genuinely sorry happened to you. If you'd like to get in touch with what you remember about that site, I can try to help you identify it. Otherwise, I'd kindly ask you to consider whether this review is about Zeeluxe.

As soon as I bought something my bank messaged me saying that someone tried to spend my money I feel like it was them I have read a review like this already

Hi, I'm Zee, the founder. I'm sorry your bank flagged a fraud attempt, that's genuinely scary, and I'm glad your bank caught it.
I want to address this directly because it matters: Zeeluxe doesn't see, store, or process card details ourselves. All payments go through Shopify Payments, which is the same secure infrastructure used by hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide and is fully PCI-compliant. We have no ability to misuse card information even if we wanted to, because we never have access to it.
Card fraud is almost always traced back to data breaches at large retailers, restaurants, or online services from weeks or months earlier, not to recent purchases. The timing feels suspicious but it's usually coincidence. Your bank investigators can confirm this if you ask them where the fraudulent attempt originated.

This company I have had no business…

This company I have had no business with at all but they tried to put direct debit of £150 on my account. How they got my details I have no clue. Be warned this is not a company to deal with.

Hi, I'm Zee, the founder of Zeeluxe. I'm sorry this has been so distressing. Unexpected charge attempts are unsettling, and I understand wanting to warn others.
I want to address this carefully though. Zeeluxe has never had access to customer card details, all our payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is fully PCI-compliant. We literally can't initiate a charge against someone who hasn't bought from us, because we don't see, store, or have any ability to access card numbers ourselves. Card fraud almost always traces back to data breaches at much larger retailers or services from weeks or months earlier, not to small businesses that have no payment data on you. Your bank's fraud team can usually identify where the attempt actually originated if you ask them.

Don’t buy from this company please

Don’t buy from this company please. If u even get the product , it Will come later and with really bad service. This company have tried to silence me with deleting my comments that why I will warn people who have thought off bytingar from them

First of all , all results the assume is fake.
Results from the same person which is the owners friend, they also give % off if you write good reviwes.

They dosent say what the product contains which makes me as a eoner curious about the product. I like good results but from a honest company who share the ingrediens with customers. Everything sound weird, and when I asked the owner out I got blocked. ( have screenshot of everything)

Hi — I'm Zee, the founder. This review is from early 2023, and I want to respond to it honestly rather than defensively, because parts of what you said were fair.
What was fair: your order arrived later than it should have. We were a very young business handling more demand than we'd planned for, and your experience suffered for it. I'm sorry. You were also right that we hadn't published a full ingredients list at the time, that was a real gap, and we've since corrected it. Every product page now lists every ingredient.
I also need to acknowledge that I blocked you. I don't remember the specific exchange, but blocking customers isn't something I'd do today. Customers have a right to express frustration, and a real founder absorbs that publicly rather than silencing it. That was wrong of me, and I'm sorry.
What I would respectfully push back on: the results on our site come from real customers, not the same person, and not the owner's friend. They're genuine.
On reviews more broadly: our practices around how we handle feedback have changed significantly. We have a published Reviews Policy on our site that explains exactly how we operate today. I'd encourage anyone curious to read it.
Zeeluxe in 2026 is a different business than the one you experienced in 2023. If you'd ever be willing to give us another chance, I'd personally make sure it was right. Either way, thank you for the feedback. It's genuinely shaped who we've become.
