The platform has some helpful features, and I’m happy I finally found the video generator, but the overall experience has not been the most user-friendly. It took more effort than expected to figure things out, so I think the platform could definitely be improved to make it easier to navigate.

Useless app, promised ad which vanished. No contact email service. NOTHING.
I paid for an introductory project offer. I spent 2 hours on their non-user-friendly site. Found out the fee I paid did not cover any ads. The generator produced laughable generic image. I was besieged with intrusive popups wanting MORE money to "boost" these ads and graphics. I reached the end and launched ad. The next morning, nothing appeared. My profile, ad, ad statistics, all nowhere to be found. Finding email to be the only method of contact, I composed a message to support. Email did not exist! I'm still fighting to get all of my payments back.

Still playing with it, my first generation I thought would create an AI avatar based off an image and it wasn't even close. The second generation using a stock AI avatar was much better.
