This is a horrible App

This is a horrible App. The customer support is non existent; navigation to projects is not easy to use, and you can get caught in a continuous loop while trying to launch your project. The design features have questionable quality. I've rarely hated an app. But I absolutely hate this one. There are no clear instructions for people, compared to using ChatGPT plus for the same process. Stay away, find another solution. And by the way, I'm still waiting for my refund, and I have not heard back about it despite continuous requests for it. Had to go to my bank and put a stop payment on it.

Its the worst ever

Its the worst ever - stay away. They keep charging you after you stop the subscription and the only way i could stop it, was to close my credit card.

Duplicate deductions and they say that’s normal

Signed up on a deal which then stepped up to the full amount of AUD$113/mth. I want using the app as it wasn’t great so I cancelled. A week later I received another AUD$113 cone out. Their chat window is handled by bots. Kept telling me it was me that signed up. Then told me the duplicate payment may seem like a double up but it’s only one payment. It’s on my bank statement!!
They then try to keep me by analysing what I’ve created and offer discounted rates. Just stop taking the funds!!

Multiple options questionable quality

While they provide many options, my limited use thus far demostrates the avatars used in video generation don't always have nautral human motion. It is very obvious they are avatars to anyone watching the ad. We are authors/illustrators of children's picture books so this use of AI needs to be better focused for our type of product. I will keep using it until I run out of credits which seem to get eaten up pretty quickly with no refund when you don't like the result.

My experience with Zeely AI was extremely disappointing. The platform makes big promises about creating high-converting ads and growing your business, but in my case, the results were nowhere near the marketing claims.

The app feels overpriced for what it delivers. Many of the AI-generated creatives look generic, require significant editing, and often fail to capture the quality needed for professional advertising. Credits get consumed quickly, and it feels like you're constantly paying more without seeing meaningful value in return.

The user experience is frustrating, with limited customization, inconsistent output quality, and features that seem far less impressive than advertised. What initially looked like a powerful AI marketing solution ended up feeling like a tool that creates more work rather than saving time.

I cannot justify the subscription cost based on the results I received. There are far better AI marketing and content creation tools available that offer more flexibility, better output quality, and greater value for money.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Zeely AI.

Super easy process to set up

The process to create images and video was super easy! Follow the prompts and it was done! I didn't have to know prompting unless I wanted to. It only took a few minutes

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. The ads are essentially a lie, its not intuitive, needs hand holding, is slower than doing all of the ad's myself, doesn't create a months content in a simple click, created ads that were just terrible and its really difficult to cancel your subscription. Also, as soon as you purchase a subscription, it then tries to up sell you to something it doesn't tell you that you need until you're subscribed. Also the discount lasts a month before they shoot you up to the full cost the following month. Con Artist of a business

I have given it 2 stars, as it does produce good AI images and does post to Insta and TikTok.
It did say I would make sales. which it didn't.
I spent $10 on a test run of Facebook ads. I was charged 12, and they spent 7, so they kept 5. So they stole 3.
If you like nice images on Insta, it's ok, and it's ok for $30 but not $80. I would ask for a refund, as I didn't make a sale and it was a big waste of time. Not recommended for most people.
