I wish there was a zero star for them. I got a groupan coupan for 3 sessions And after session number one, I am now going to a physio to get the after effects of this stupid massage undone!!!! My arm and neck have started to hurt badly, so much that I could not sleep at night and have to take pain killers
I swear , i will never ever go back to them again, never ever.
And when contacted with Mike regarding to the pain, this is his brilliant suggestions

In relation to the two remaining sessions already paid for, as per our booking terms these are non-refundable. However, you do have the following options available:

The sessions can be transferred to another therapist within the clinic, or

They can be held on your account as a credit, should you wish to use them at a later date.

Very unprofessional. And I also agree with the previous reviews of them never picking up the phone and getting an appointment is a pain.

Very disappointing service.
I tried numerous times to contact Zeers Therapy by phone — calls were never answered and voicemails were ignored. No one ever called back.

I then went in person, where I was met with a sign saying “Please take a seat, someone will be with you shortly.” I waited over 40 minutes with no one showing up or explaining the delay.

During that time, another professional who rents a room there for their own services confirmed this is a regular issue — that Zeers are often not there, and that I’m not the first person to be left waiting or to complain about it.

Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Mike was very attentive on problem areas , consistent but great communication throughout .

Just got home after an amazing deep tissue with the very lovely Danny at zeers in fleet.
Having not had a massage in years I was weirdly nervous, but Danny put me at ease straight away. I wasn’t quite sure what I needed or wanted and after asking some questions he directed me towards deep tissue.
What can I say other than it was amazing and after I felt so relaxed. I felt a bit out of it so he offered me a bottle of water and we sat and talked and he went through how I might feel in the next 24 hours and what I might experience.
Overall a lovely experience and one I know I will definitely repeat.
I think what I’m trying to say is if you need a sports or deep tissue massage and you’re anywhere near fleet, go to Danny at Zeers you won’t regret it.

Been working with Mike for around 6 months now and he’s absolutely class. Super professional, good to chat to, and brilliant at his job. Im a pro athlete and have had a lot of injury rehab and massage therapists over the years but he’s the best I’ve worked with. I often go with very specific issues that he immediately knows what to do with, creates a plan and addresses the root causes so they don’t resurface. Aside from specific injuries I also for for general MOT work with massage to keep my body firing on all cylinders so I can squeeze the most out of my training and stay injury free. To cap everything off I’ll often finish up with using the sauna and ice bath in the new recovery zone which he’s created a great environment in which to relax, unwind and recover.

Zeers therapy isn’t just massage, it’s a holistic physical therapy centre that draws on all types of methods to give you the best solution to whatever issue you bring. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Cheers!

The team are personable, impressively knowledgeable, incredibly generous and understanding, and the massage is second-to-none; tailored perfectly to your needs, pressure, condition Don't waste your money anywhere else. Couldn't recommend Mike highly enough.

Yet another fantastic and lovely massage from Jasmine.
She is such wonderful person and extremely good at her job.
However unfortunately it was my last massage with her as she is leaving to take a new direction in her successful career.
I will miss her as I have got to know her well over the past year or so that I have had the pleasure of her massages.

Had my second deep tissue massage from James, he worked wonders on my problem areas and I felt great again afterwards.

Absolutely ridiculous that a supposedly professional business remains so incredibly poor at admin. Having waited a year for a resolution to Daniel wasting my time on more than one occasion by failing to maintain his booking schedule properly, this time they decided to get out of providing an already paid for service by requesting a voucher that had been previously provided.
Absolute clowns have wasted more of my time than they have actually spent providing a mediocre massage at this point.

It had a really good massage, focused exactly on the areas with problems. Ian was very professional and I will definitely be going back!

Mike conveniently called out to my home and the massage was great! As a fitness model I train a lot and had some issues with my shoulder. Mike worked into the area and was very precise with all the areas that needed attention, 10/10!!

I had a sports massage with Mike recently - I am a very regular gym-goer and new to massages, and it was such a good experience. Mike is also very easy to talk to and shared lots of useful tips for stretching/ self-care. Afterwards the usual cramps I get from workouts were much reduced. Can’t recommend him enough!

I had a session with Ian, a kind of general full body massage, it was really refreshing. I never had a massage before but definitely go back for another session.

Best sports massage I've ever received - and I've received plenty over the years! It's rare to find someone who pays such attention to individual anatomy, rather that just pokes & prods randomly based on what they've read in a textbook. Mike went above and beyond during our session. I was so impressed that I've booked a regular monthly slot with him.

I had my second deep tissue massage with Mike this week which was brilliant. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and I felt completely at ease with him. I would highly recommend him for a deep tissue massage.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and always provides a great sports massage with amazing customer service. He preps me well for upcoming competitions and sorts out any injuries, and I leave with a good treatment plan. Thanks Mike 😊

I have constant back ache and booked a deep tissue massage at Winnersh. Jasmine was not only a highly skilled massage therapist but was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Since my session I have not had any severe back pain and will definitely be booking a follow up session. Thank you Jasmine.
