I really can't believe this shop has a…

I really can't believe this shop has a very low rating here, cause I have been using their cosmetics since last year around January 2025, and have been repeatedly purchasing on, my fave lip glaze was MO2 and I had also purchased an aqua concealer, though I used to buy on their tiktok shop, this brand has been my favourite ever since 💖

Awful company

Awful company! I ordered from them after seeing someone I follow on social media using their product, so I thought they were decent. Apart from a confirmation email, I have heard nothing on my order. No product or update on when/if it has been sent. I have sent emails asking for an update and no response. Avoid! They are quick to take money but can’t be bothered to send items. I wish I had read reviews beforehand.

Rip off

I ordered a beauty box which cost me £83 ,in December 2024, it is now February 2024. It has not arrived ,I have contacted them four times now with absolutely no response . I am furious ,all I get on my account is order unfulfilled ,please don't fall for their con

Not received product no response to contact

I ordered the Chinese dragon lipstick back in August and it has still not arrived and it's now mid October. I have emailed them multiple times and reached out via Instagram but no response. I have never had an email to confirm it had been shipped I was able to find a tracking number via the shop app but it says the number has expired. AVOID they are scammers

Didn’t receive my order - avoid this company!

I ordered a beauty box on 25 July and haven’t received anything. It is now October. Contacted Zeesea twice and received nothing back - not even an acknowledgment. Don’t be tempted to use this company, they are unprofessional and have no consideration for their customers. Avoid!!!

Sad to see 1* reviews

I'm sad to see the 1* reviews as I love this make up and have never had any issues with my orders. I live in the UK and admit I was nervous to begin with, but my products arrived in good time and polite emails were answered when I sent queries. I have bought eyeshadow palates,the Dragon lipstick and several blushers. The products are gorgeous and the engravings on the products themselves almost makes you not want to spoil them by using! The packaging is absolutely stunning too. I love these products

These people are thieves

These people are thieves! Took my money for an order I never received and wouldn't refund or send replacement. I showed them the proof they asked for, and they still wouldn't do anything. They should be exposed and banned from running a business.

On 11th of April placed an order for…

On 11th of April placed an order for the Chinese dragon lipstick 01 empress but haven’t received an order number nor the product. Sent several emails and contacted customer service via social media and no results. I have proof on my bank statement of the payment. So tired of bad customer service

Fantastic service and quality

I had most fantastic experience with this brand, have placed about 3 separate orders with them, absolutely brilliant customer service, goods were with me in no time. They use responsible couriers here in UK too, which is a huge bonus in the world of where companies are economising and using useless couriers like Hermes and Yodel. Now to the product themselves, i have bought their collaboration pallettes with British Museum, all 3 absolutely brilliant quality. I have also tried their satin and matt lipsticks (excellent), and latest acquisition their fabulously sized, small brushed concealer, one of the best I have tried. Never thought I would rave about a Chinese brand, but I stand to be corrected, because they are truly ahead of the pack and excellent.
