I have been using Zeevou for several years now and find it very easy to use. The team have worked with us and are always available if I need any help with anything. I would recommend them to anyone looking for software to support their serviced accommodation needs.

Zeevou is a great platform for hosts. It has all software you need to run a short term accommodation business. Founder himself is a host, so Zeevou is made by a host for hosts.
Zeevou network is the new addition to the family and the onboarding was pretty smooth. When I had any questions Founder himself helped me. I m not tech savvy person but managed to add all of my listings fairly easily. Process is straightforward.
It’s a JV partnership with hosts and listing platform. I can see great potential in this new venture and I wish Na”ím and Zeevou team all the best!

After several years in the short-term-rentals business and having used 3 other channel managers before, only to find myself frustrated and dissatisfied, I've just switched to Zeevou and I'm very impressed so far. The system feels slick and intuitive. It's capable of all the integrations I need. It has a comprehensive stack of features and you can use as many or as little as you like - just pay for what you need. It's priced at around half of what I've been paying on a different channel manager. Support is fantastic. The user guides are very detailed, and there's an AI chatbot in the portal that usually has the answers to my queries. It's quick and easy to escalate to a human if needed. The founder, Na'ím, has been supporting me in getting set up; always fast to respond and clearly values feedback. I'm excited to see how Zeevou can help my business grow this year, with better control of my listings and operations, and more direct bookings with a smoother guest experience.

I have been using Zeevou since I started my business in 2020. They have by far the best PMS system available. They offer many useful and industry leading features but one of the most valuable things to me is their on-line support. This is the reason I chose Zeevou 6 years ago and stayed with them. It is reliable, innovative and makes my life easier!

Since transitioning across from another provider I have received amazing service so far. A great system that is still innovating and adding new features.

I've used this platform since September 2025 and the service has been amazing. If I need help the livechat is instant and they hold twice daily Q&A sessions for more involved queries. The platform has elevated my serviced accommodation business, giving me a direct booking website and automation that saves me so much time. It integrates with my accounting package too.
