Using Zeffy was fantastic for our nonprofit. I found them while searching for a template for silent auction sheets and decided to give them a try. Everything was easy from the process of signing up to creating the auction & adding items to the final payment. I personally bid on an item to see what it looked like from a user perspective and that was really easy as well. I’ve been raving about Zeffy to friends for their organizations. There was nothing I didn’t like about the experience. We have an annual festival and experienced a nearly triple income rise over the raffle ticket baskets offered last year which had very similar items.

We use Zeffy at 30x30 Fundraising, a K9 handler-led nonprofit dedicated to supporting law enforcement, especially K9 units. When one of our clients, a police K9 handler, was hit head-on by a tow truck suspect, his medical expenses far exceeded what insurance could cover.
Through Zeffy, we set up an official, verified fundraiser to support his recovery. Thanks to donors' generosity, the campaign has already raised nearly $100,000. The story has been featured in multiple news outlets, and Zeffy remains the only authorized fundraising platform for this officer.
Also, Zeffy offers other options, such as an online store, other sales, auctions, events, memberships, and raffles, AND it's free to use. Links are simple to copy and paste.
The support staff at Zeffy are rays of sunshine dipped in rainbows and sprinkled with sugar, genuinely eager to troubleshoot any challenge that comes their way. I’ve reached out to them many times because our nonprofit’s use of Zeffy is a bit different from most.
For example, we once needed to block a donor from donating (yes, you read that right) to protect him and his funds after being alerted by his social worker. Zeffy handled the situation professionally, quickly, and with great care.
In fact, we have over 30 Zeffy accounts, one for each bank account associated with 30x30 Fundraising.
Funds are deposited weekly into our bank accounts. Each campaign is easy to keep track of each fundraiser. Our accounts are vastly different from most, as we are the only nonprofit in the world with this type of nonprofit...and Zeffy can keep up with no cap on what can be raised.
If I could suggest THREE improvements, I would add American English spelling as an option in the platform’s settings, a TIP option for the nonprofit in each campaign (to fund the legal expenses), and also have a shortened URL option for online copy-and-paste use on social media, which would reduce the need to cross-reference another site and shorten the URL for us. Other than that, Zeffy has been a joy to work with, a rare combination of kindness, efficiency, and heart.

I enjoy Zeffy, by and large. Most of the systems are easily navigated and manipulated for my ends.
There are some challenges, especially when establishing a program. For whatever reason, when I was creating my last event, a "save changes," option was not available on my screen. I am taking care of a newborn, so my attention was diverted. If it took me longer than 20 minutes to get back to work (which happens often) my changes were purged and I had to start all over again. Three times. Which is more time than I wanted to spend setting up the payment platform for the upcoming event.
I am not sure why the "save changes" option was not available. Maybe because it was a new event? Maybe because my window was zoomed in?
Maybe because my window was on a half-screen view?
The only way I could save changes was by advancing the set-up and then returning to the previous page.
