I ordered the wrong size harness for my Labrador Kevin I ordered a large which turned out to be too small, but Penelope was very helpful in processing my return and organising store credit so I could get the correct size. Kevin is very happy with his new harness!

Brilliant. Gorgeous collar and leash

I got this for my dog, and she absolutely loves it. It’s made of durable material and the patterns are so lovely. If anything, you get way more than what you pay for.
Not to mention, the customer service is top notch, and I’d recommend this company to anyone.

Order never arrived. They offered a replacement a week later but due to a family bereavement and being away for a month I asked for a refund. They have now ignored me for 3 days forcing me to file a bank claim

Fab products and customer service! The products are adorable, excellent quality, accurate sizing, and are highly practical. This was my second time placing an order with Zelda & Harley, and I would definitely purchase again. The adventure harness, in particular, is brilliant; it fits my pug well, and he is comfortable, but the duckie harness also suits his personality. I love the neck buckle, the little handle and the front lead loop; it's just so functional and clearly designed with care. The customer service team is also accommodating when answering questions or giving advice. Thank you so much!

I bought the Adventurer green harness for our Peggy this time, and I’m sooo pleased with it, it’s a much better fit around her (scrawny 😂) neck and love the two clasps for getting it on and off her. Delivery time excellent. 10/10
