Zellis does not deserve any star at all. Very horrible payroll site that does not function. Trying to reach their customer service is an ordeal, they never answer their phone. I don't know why big organisations would use this company, it is a shockingly useless payroll company.

Look at this for a 1st email from them, not addressed to my company, not does it tell me who they want a reference on !

Worst pay detail system I've ever had the unfortunate experience to use...
Constant log in problems, can't link the app, when I try a search for it it comes up with other companies and I can't access....
This morning I can't even get the correct login page and it just keeps directing me to some bizzarre looking login that has a completely different name, shocking!
MyView poor design
Their web app, MyView, has horrendous UI/design. Booking time off for example is a shambles with even the simplest things muddled, confusing, buggy and lacking the most basic information - for example no dates on the calendar view, how can you miss dates off a calendar?? And as for the weird hourly time view, no one in my company knows what any of it means or why it's there. This is simple stuff so how they could get it so wrong is confusing, real school boy errors for supposedly professional software.

My husband started a new job weeks ago and this company was doing the background check on him. We sent everything they asked for but each email they sent was becoming worse
The language was very poor English the grammar was awful and it had a huge yellow caution in the email saying it had been sent from outside the organisation. Only when I pointed this out in my reply and said I was going to contact my manager did they say everything was fine now. I’m going to get to the bottom of this to find out if someone is stealing information I’m extremely worried.
