Do not order! They make you return goods back to China and don’t help at all with getting a refund verified. Ignore a lot of emails! Been waiting 6 months for my refund.

I had to fight with Zelorava to get a full refund for my items, as when they arrived they were cheaply made and not consistent with the photos. They offered me various percentages off to keep the items, but I pushed for a full refund which they would only then process upon receipt of the items at their warehouse. The items sat in China customs for weeks with Zelorava making no attempt to collect them and I dont think they ever intend to do so with their returns. It was only when I raised a credit card dispute they immediately responded that the items had been cleared by their warehouse and a refund will be processed.

Funny how today (10 Dec), months later, I have received back these dresses from customs in China as they were never picked up.

Ordered a dress start of july .They took my payment then said out of stock .I have emailed on several occasions for a refund .Still waiting 4 months on .Wouldnt order from this company again

Absolute Scam! The dress took weeks to arrive and when it did it was nothing like the image on the website or instagram. The company poses as a London boutique but ships cheap copies of the dresses from China.

As soon as I received the item I emailed the company on the address listed on my order confirmation asking for a refund. My email immediately bounced back, the website was also taken down so I had no way of contacting them.

I raised a complaint with my bank (NatWest) and they temporally refunded me for £34.95. However, Zelorava then provided "evidence" so say that I had not tried to contact them for a refund. (I think that they block email addresses from people who order so that you cannot contact them for a refund, and then they can say that you did not try to).

NatWest ultimately have sided with them even though I have been sold cheap knock off items, and was unable to even ask the company for a refund. (I provided proof of my email that I tried to send asking for a refund and the bounceback)

Avoid completely!

Awful. Do not buy from them . They are a scam . Clothing is from china not London. Very poor quality and they have no policy on anything - everything in their policy is deceitful . They do not issue refunds but deceive saying it will come . They are a scam and thieves ! Never again poorest I’ve ever seen

I purchased a black dress since june, it’s September already and i have not received the dress and no email nothing to inform me about the position of my Order.
I have been scammed of my money.

I bought a dress from here in May. I received a dress nothing like it was advertised. Tried to return - was offered 15% refund i persisted saying no i just want to send back - was offered a final offer of 40% back but i said I wanted a full refund and to send the item back.
I have now received my dress back after it not being claimed at customs since May.

I Emailed yesterday saying that I want my 40% back as promised as I wasn't spending another £20 attempting to send the dress back again and now have received a bounce back email that the email address no longer exists.

It’s a scam!!! Listen to all the other reviews here. they need to be sued!!!!

I paid £50 for a dress, when it finally arrived it was awful quality, they tried their best for me not to return it but eventually they gave me the details, I sent it back to China which I had to pay £20 for. It has been over a month and I still have no refund and when I try to email them it comes back ‘undeliverable’. Absolutely outrageous that I’ve spent £70 and no dress to show for it. Please don’t make the same mistake.

Bought 4 dresses (2 sizes of 2 dresses) sending £150. Nothing arrived for weeks. Then a package with 2x the same dress arrived - both sizes terrible quality and awful fit so wanted to return. No sign of the other 2 dresses ordered. Went to contact them/see return process - website gone and email bounced. Like they never existed. No returns possible, and I've had half of my money stolen with half of the items never having arrived. £150 down for nothing. TOTAL SCAM

I would give a 0 as this company is a con, only truth is they do sell dresses….eventually, comes from China, takes weeks, and they are awful quality, literally vile.

Do not bother, can’t send back, they basically send you an email when you try to explain that by the time it reaches them (if it does) it is at your costs and the charges for customs will make it not worth it. Rubbish rubbish rubbish, I hope I save you the disappointment

Do not order from this company, dress looked nothing like the images or video. Asked to return offered 10%, had to return the dress to china which your not told about cost £20 and don’t refund you for your purchase, SCAM

I successfully disputed the charge with Amex, got a refund via a chargeback. Funny enough Zelorava tried to argue that but Amex told them to **** off.
Do report this company to your bank!

Regrettably I had not checked the reviews and purchased 4 items from this company. 3 of which did not fit. Unaware that they were China based as the name Zelorava London is totally misleading. Informed me that I would have to return to China, also offered a partial cashback, not satisfactory. They should be blocked/barred / banned

Ordered a dress and 3weeks later, several emails to customer service, my dress has not arrived/been shipped. Unable to track and the website domain including customer service email info@z*******.com does not work. Looks like £45 of my hard earned money has gone down the drain. Save your money ladies, DO NOT BUY from this company, clearly not London based and wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

I strongly advise against ordering from this site.

The item I received was of very poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Because of this, I returned it exactly as instructed, at my own expense, and included all my details inside the package so it could be identified.

Unfortunately, I misplaced the tracking receipt. Despite providing proof of posting from Royal Mail and repeated communication, the company has refused to process my refund. Their policy requires a tracking number, but they have shown no flexibility or willingness to help, even when there is clear evidence that a return has been made.

This has left me significantly out of pocket for both the item and the expensive return postage. The service I have experienced is diabolical, and I strongly warn others to think very carefully before ordering. If anything goes wrong, you may be left without your money and with a poor-quality product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
1. They are not even based in London, they are items sent from China to you.
2. They come faulty and quality is extremely poor, nothing like the images on the website.
3. Returns you have to pay for yourself, back to China not London so this is an expense.
4. They don't refund you, its the hardest process to get your refund with constant back and forth on emails to get nowhere.

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN!!!
