I haven't received any response to emails despite multiple emails asking for help. I asked for the cancellation of my subscription and did not receive a response to this as well. Will definitely not recommend this program.
it is very difficult to cancel subsription, I sent multiple e-mails and they didnt cancel it. I do not reccomend this company and I will share with all my book buisness friends not yo use them.
This is certainly a viable way to make money, and make money I did, but I'm not very happy with the platform itself. It's presented to you as this foolproof way to make money, and yet it felt like I had been screwed over by the platform twice, and I just couldn't continue after that point. For starters, I had bought a bunch of books, which not long after I became restricted from. Zen Arbitrage did not inform me that this could happen. The restriction eventually lifted, but it would have been nice to know beforehand that these were riskier books I was purchasing. And then once things started picking up a bit, I spent a few hundred and bought a whole bunch of books that seemed like they would make me money. Their average ranking was solid. HOWEVER, these books did not sell quickly at all, and I realized that this was because their ranking was actually nowhere near what the platform portrayed. This was entirely an error caused by the platform, which put me out hundreds. I asked about this and was informed as such, and they even made it seem like it was my fault for not doing additional research to confirm their ranking, when the informational videos literally just tell you to look at this ranking and you'll make money. Such a joke. Some of their team is nice, kind, and helpful, but overall, I was very unimpressed. Made some money, but lost a lot more. Wouldn't recommend, or at least do HEFTY research before getting into it.
Even though really after doing it for a while it really was not for me..I did look for books for people with this platform and I DID make money doing it! It was just all about learning it all at the time...and I just didn't have the time to properly learn it and do it. BUT I DID MAKE MONEY helping people find books and got paid through PAYPAL doing so!
