Order still not shipped

Placed an order on the 20th of March, with the website saying that all products were in stock, and that all orders placed before the 22th would be shipped on the 23rd. Didn't hear anything for a few days, so on the 26th I sent an e-mail to ask why they hadn't shipped my order yet. No reply, so I sent a message via FB, to which they replied that there was an issue synchronizing my order with their system and that they would definitely ship my order on the 30th. However, on the 30th I received an e-mail saying that one of the products in my order was not in stock, and asking whether a different color would be fine (to which I replied yes).
We are now the 31st, so 1.5 weeks after placing the order, and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation. I find the misinformation in addition to the fact that they charge 20 euros for shipping to be unacceptable. I will wait 1-2 days and then just ask for a refund I guess...

I really love the quality.

I really love the quality.. But I was very surprised to learn that my 600+ euro sleeping system didn't even include a compression bag. -You could at least give a notice when ordering. The shipping cost is to high for me to do another order just for the bag, so I guess Sea to Summit will just gonna have to take credit for your product for now.
