The support service is extremely slow

The support service is extremely slow, and some support staff seem to have very limited knowledge of the system. The service appears to be managed by a single person who is still school-aged, making it difficult to respond promptly to outages and technical incidents. As a result, downtime can last for several hours, and the service may remain unavailable for extended periods—sometimes reportedly around 80% downtime—because issues cannot be addressed until the administrator returns from school.

Furthermore, the hosting infrastructure appears to be operated from a home-based homelab rather than a professional data center. This can introduce limitations in cooling, power redundancy, network reliability, and overall infrastructure stability. Inadequate thermal management may also negatively affect hardware performance and contribute to recurring service disruptions.
