Misleading guarantee
I bought a Cuban chain with a lifetime warranty that lost its colour under the shower and tarnished. The support told me that they would replace it as soon as they received the stock. It is now more than a month since I sent the reclamation, and I'm still waiting. I have sent several emails that have been ignored.

Avoid fraud lier Zenchii
I have ordered a custom size neckless with my cat pic on who is my world 2 months ago and I’m still waiting . They read my message and ignore me . I send them email and they lie through their teeth to say they had new management right and replied only once 😳day light robbery
. I have been given details to go to trading standard if they didn’t get back and send my items with record delivery as they lie so much that they can say they send it which they haven’t . I will update you but please keep away from them . Disgraceful

Placed an customised order 29/11/22…
Placed an customised order 29/11/22 which their site stated 4-5 weeks. They emailed in December 22 stating 3 weeks emailed in January stating they only plated 1 item per week. Emailed in February 23 and in March. Had enough by now emailed to day and told them to refund if there was a problem. Only just advised me the items are lost, a pendant with my late Mother’s picture had the audacity to ask if l wanted them to re process the order. Just issued a PayPal dispute with these unscrupulous individuals. Companies like these need to get shut down for fraud and Shopify, PayPal and Klarna need to cease trading with them. See how long they stay in business.
