Ordered two pieces, one standard one custom, the custom piece took longer than it originally said on the website, it took about 8, 9 weeks.

At first all was well then on my normal pendant a few stones came out, I sent it back for a replacement, got a new one, within a few weeks some stones fell out of the replacement one too, now a stone has also fallen out of my custom piece I waited two months for.

I’ve got in touch multiple times with my order number and pictures of my broken items yet I have had nothing back from them. There isn’t really any excuse for this level of poor customer service after I got in touch 4, 5 times.

Overall this company appears to just be selling cheap tacky items and don’t want to pay out when their products break, of course every company has bad reviews from angry customers but in this case they are genuine and the company offers very poor quality of both items and customer service.

If you value your money shop else where, even if you pay a little more, it’s worth it knowing you won’t be ripped off or ignored

Worst company ever , ordered a ring didn’t fit sent it back for them to refuse and state they would resend my ring back yet it didn’t fit , they refused refund so asked for a different price of jewellery to be fobbed off for months and just get ignored waste of £55 what a joke of a company , no customer service , don’t buy if you want get ripped off

As you can see below I was asked to email customer services 5 days ago which I did.....5 days ago and still no reply 🤔 keep my money Zenchii I really can't be bothered with you!

***Update*** Hi all, if you paid through paypal open a dispute and you can get your money back, paypal gave this comepany over a week to respond and they didnt so I got my money in full.

Still no response from this company. Order a pair of earrings in November and they came broken. Customer service is shocking they ignored most of my emails and when I eventually got one it was literally 5 words that didn't make sense. Avoid this company if you don't want to waste your money. Looks like they are now posting FAKE good reviews now to bring their rating back up don't be fooled AVOID AVOID!!!!
