I have tried more than once to stop you from sending me these products but you still keep taking money from my account

Worst customer service. No response. An order was received but not for the product I ordered. No response back either.

I have been send 3 yes 3 orders in 4 weeks at ridiculous cost!
I was ill in bed so did not realise quite what was going on but despite emails to them in some fashion and very strange answers/ none answers I have been charged
Over £200
Someone needs to sort this out!

0 customer service, order was never received, contacted delivery provider directly (Evri), who could not allocate parcel, dissapered to air. Not sure to be honest if it was ever sent. When I requested proof, all I got was fake claims with no legit tracking, no image or who accepted it. So No product and took 3 weeks to get reply, which did not even provide credible
proof it was delivered and to who. DON’T WAISTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE PRODUCT NEITHER SERVICE!

Absolutely horrible experience with Zendi. Never received my order because it was delivered to the wrong address… I’ve wrote over 10 emails first email was sent a day after ordering it because I didn’t get any shipping information… so image 10 emails from the time I order it to 34 days pass order fat when ZENDI finally got back to me and Stated they couldn’t do anything because it was past the 30 days…. Can’t believe a company can be this… never got my money or product… don’t order from Zendi it’s a SCAM

Ships from Shein!!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!! I paid 2x $70 for two tops. They are see through and so small. The stitching is incomplete and terrible quality! They seem to be drop shipping from Shein somehow! The delivery was from China/ Shein!! Now to try and return and receive my money back..:(((

Scammers.
If you receive the product at all, sizes are ridiculously small.
They sent me am email advising on their return process.
Literally, the same minute, they sent an email stating the return ticket and case was closed.

I have been sending emails to the ONLY email this company provides and it keeps bouncing back undeliverable.
I placed my first order 6/21/25, I received it 7/29/25 and on 7/31 they bill me for the "recurring" order?
This is unacceptable> I've sent 6 emails and they have all been undeliverable. They leave you no choice but to file a claim with a credit company.

This product did not reduce my eye bags or improve my skin tone. Good ingredients and feels nice, but failed to deliver after three months use twice per day.

I ordered Time Eraser, I had my order, I was subscribed what I didn't notice, but it is very easy to cancel your subscription. So I had good experience with this company. A lot of people left very negative reviews about this company and scare other people 😳

I purchased Time Eraser and used it for a few weeks and it made no difference it was a waste of money! they signed me up to a subscription that I did not authorise and then used my credit card details to send me a second order, when I contacted them they told me it was to late to stop the second order and I could return it within 30 days once it arrived, I then contacted them once I received it to return it they didnt respond for a number of weeks and then responded saying I could not return it
Dodgy business practices

I placed an order with Zendi nearly six months ago and never received the product. I reached out to their support team multiple times, and every time I was told the issue was “forwarded to the fulfillment team” or that they were “looking into it.” But nothing ever happened — no follow-up, no product, no refund.

Eventually, I asked for a full refund and clearly told them I no longer wanted the item. They acknowledged my message but still refused to issue a refund.

After researching, I found many similar reviews from other customers who were also scammed. It seems like a clear pattern of dishonest business practices.

Do not order from this company. They take your money and disappear.

Do not buy this product, this is a scam , I ordered this on May 3th until now ( July 9th ) costume service refuse to do a refund because my product is “ in transit “

Been trying to get in contact with customer service through email going back-and-forth since I ordered my product in April it is now June 20 and I still have not received a refund or the product they keep asking me the same thing over and over again about the correct billing address, which I sent over and over again I would never buy anything from this company. It has no one 800 number. It has no address just email. This is a horrible customer service horrible. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. And I’ll get to receive anything from them. All I get is emails saying we apologize for the inconvenience I’m over it.

Worse customer service EVER!!! No address to return items, shipment took two weeks to get to me, the return policy is 14 days after you receive item, but no one response until weeks later so too late to return. I emailed over 10 times requestion a return address as the address my items came from said "Ronnie". Zendi is not a true company and I WOUND AVOID AT ALL COSTS ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Placed my order with Zendi for the time eraser and within 5 minutes of placing the order, realised it was the wrong address and emailed them back right away with the correct one. They replied saying they appreciated the prompt correction. They still delivered to the wrong address. Must have sent them so many mail messages that i lost count. Same generic response, 'we can help, we are only an email away.'
Now asking for a refund
Will never order again

Customer service non existent. If you want to cancel an order or make a return… not gonna happen!

I emailed customer service to cancel my order not even 5 minutes after I placed it. Got a response a month later which was well after the package was delivered saying that I missed the timeframe to cancel the order. Been emailing back and forth to return the product and I keep getting responses that are clearly AI generated and am going nowhere with the process.

Total scam. AI customer service responses. Cant get a resolution to my missing package so now I have to report it to my credit card company.

I ordered my product and I have received 2 different tracking numbers. Thgis seems to be dodgy. It is now almost 3 weeks since the ordere was placed and I think I have been scammed. I have asked for a refund

This company is a scam. Do not get tricked by them. I ordered some sandals from them. My sandals have yet to came back. I’ve reached out to eBay being that these people did not even provide me a tracking number. I’ve try reaching out to them. Nobody has responded so now I’m reaching out to my bank to council and report them as Fraud do not waste your time and this is in 2025 of April
