Interesting business model
I have used it once for 50 pence to convert a document, then about a month later they tried to charged me 40 pounds repeatedly because apparently i joined in on a monthly subscription. Luckly my bank flagged it as a suspicious payment and it never went through. Reading the reviews I read that it happens to a lot of people (proving that what you sign up for is not clearly explained) and by contacting the help center you get refunded. Still personally I wouldn't recommend a service whose significant portion of revenue seems to come from the hope that people who paid 50 cents 30 days prior dont notice 40 pound payments.

Missleading
Just tell us up front that it costs, before harvesting emails and promising to deliver. False promises, do not trust. I would never use a payment method on a web service that lies by default.
